Erict719
got the tc, great bracelet, feel and look gen. However is glasp is really unacceptable. 1) shape is not rectangle. 2) the glasp is not even flat looking from the bottom part, 3) from the side view , ( mirror side )!the head of it is obviously wider then the end part, 4) the flip down lock surface is machined poorly, different reflection, the (2 line ) on it is not as deep as the rest of the glasp. 5) the crown on the glasp ! the bottom half of the crown is flatten out, looks like it was squeezed down. The surrounding of the crown is machined poorly as we'll. 6) the spring bar of the extension is thin, easily pop out of the glasp hole. is it just me or everyone else is the same!?!? dan_189
Thats a long list for a $49 rep bracelet, for that money wear and enjoy! I can see where youre coming from though, I actually thought the TC was decent quality and shape. In saying that... On the TC I had, the screw holding the clasp to the bracelet refused to come out, then when it did it wouldnt go back in!
Tonyyammine
I don't like the clasp. But the bracelet is a perfect fit. I used the v2 clasp with the v3 bracelet.
HartDoc
the V2 clasp is better than than v3
cougar1
Yeah alot of people seem to be doing that lately, V2 clasp with V3 bracelet. I don't have a V3 bracelet, but with a couple of V2's I've had the clasp is excellent.
Ephry73
I actually like the v3 bracelet. Which number stamping and coronet do you guys have?

Erict719
I am using wm9 v3 glasp with it now. I think wm9 is have the best QC til now
Inertiadrifter
Yes the v3 clasp is bad the flip lock doesn't line up but the V2 is really. Good

om3ga_guy
The V3 clasp is hit and miss. I've had a handful of crappy ones too. My recent clasp came out great, full coronet, firm flip lock and the most important part of the V3 clasp ---- correct SWISS MADE stamp! Can't get that on the V2
Erict719
How about the tw sub glasp ? Is it good? Better then tc or wm9?? Please post pic.
irolexu
TW clasp was actually quite nice. I guess you could always take all the best parts of all the best clasps and put them together
dan_189
How easy is it to take a part a clasp? I haven't seen that done other than taking out the divers extension
Erict719
that is exectlyn what I was thinking. But how to take it apart, that pin with the polish head which attach the glasp together.. I have no idea how to unscrew it .
Erict719
Since the v3 have the best engraving , just the out side cover is poor . if use tw or wm9 out side and v3 inside . Perfect. By the way, wm9 better or tw glasp ??
dan_189
I dont think you can actually mix and match clasps that easily. I think the only inter changeable part is the divers extension. A genuine divers extension does not fit the TC or the Sean.
om3ga_guy
The TC V3 clasp is built different than the V2 and TW. I tried it...they all look th same side by side, but the dimensions are different on all three believe it or not. You can put some of the pieces together but the flip lock will never shut properly. The tolerances are all off from each other. All you can do is mix and match clasps and end, but not clasp components... irolexu
You have to destroy the pin and replace it with a new one
seafoam
I don't like the clasp. But the bracelet is a perfect fit. I used the v2 clasp with the v3 bracelet. +1, i did the same thing. I dont condone starting a thread over it though Edited January 27, 2013 by seafoam
