what else is missing from this "v4" version of the diver? Will it require some additional mod to make it more gen like?

Looks good! Is the inner bezel the only different with the V3.5 and the "V4" ?

Nice! I got a v3.5 from Toros a few months ago and was disappointed that the bezel screws were flush with the bezel and not recessed slightly like the original. Dead giveaway if you're paying attention. 

The one pictured above seems to have the recessed bezel screws - is it the V4.1 ?

On a related note, can anyone tell me how I can mod the bezel screws so they are recessed slightly ala Ori ?

Thanks for sharing...I will get a V4 if the QC pics get better...turned down two V4 watches so far btw how accurate is the area around the bezel crown on the V4 and lugs compared to noob?
