panerai153
Any update on this project? I have a sterile cased 16613 that I would definitely send over for correct engraving.

denimhead
Hi Guy's The engraving side of the project is still under development but I'm now looking to use the original Pantograph machines so it will all be done by hand. I am however in the process of producing some caseback stamps as per the Gen way the cases would have originally been stamped. One for the mid 50's to the 60's(6536/6538/6542 etc) Then one for the 70's models like the 1680/1665 etc. Sorry but I'm only going to be concentrating on the older models as the hand engraving and hand stamping isn't going to be correct for the newer stuff Cheers DH

panerai153
So where do you make the break from vintage to non vintage. Does an early 16610/16613 from the late 90's early 2000's qualify?
live1
he said he won't do the tc 16610
panerai153
he said he won't do the tc 16610 The TC 16610 is a rep of a much later series. The engraving between the lugs if my genuine P series (2000) 16610 is very similar to the engraving on my genuine 16750 from 1983. That's the style and era I'm looking for.
