knovako2 Posted October 8, 2013 Report Posted October 8, 2013 Hi all! I was wearing my 42mm PO great for about year and a half untill..... a bracelet came undone and the watch slammed on the floor face down. Needles to say the movement is trashed. Took it to my local watch shop and they would replace this ETA movement for the price of almost brand new rep. What do you guys think I should do? Scrap the watch and get a new one? or is there anyway do get a ETA 2824-1? Any reply would be greatly appreciated!
Nanuq Posted October 8, 2013 Report Posted October 8, 2013 Indeed, how do you know? I dropped this one 2 stories onto concrete and it kept ticking.
whoever Posted October 8, 2013 Report Posted October 8, 2013 Sometimes you even have to hit a watch to make it work again! True story! (Nanuq s magic trick.... :-D )
