Installed an ETA 2846 slow beat movement, but haven't got around finishing the project. I am looking for a crown+ tube ,as the older one got damaged and lost. A 2.90mm OD crown does not fit the case. automatico Posted September 8, 2014 Report Share Posted September 8, 2014 Chances are a genuine spec 6.0mm aftermarket case tube and used genuine crown will work. If the case is drilled for a 5.3mm case tube you will have to use a late model 6.0mm crown like used on modern sapphire DJ with a 5.3mm case tube. alligoat Posted September 9, 2014 Report Share Posted September 9, 2014 I don't think a T-21 or a T-22 will work for you- I just measured a T-21 with an ID of the crystal of 28.12mm. Seems like T-22 was similar- maybe thicker on the OD. Last time I was trying to find a replacement for a rep crystal, I found the SternKruz section of the CousinsUK online catalog to be helpful.
