I'm looking for single shoulder 20mm bars but need the bar to be 1.7-1.8mm rather than the standard 2mm.

I also need the end bars to be 1.2mm. Ideally be a combo of a shouldered 1.8mm bar below, but use the standard 1.2mm ends from a 2mm bar.

Your timing is impeccable. I had this identical question as my 2mm gen-spec Yuki bars won't line up with my PT 1680. The 2mm bars use up all of the play within the endlinks so the tips aren't able to link with the lug holes.

There was a thread over on RWI and I think another one here last year with a lot of resources. Of course I didn't bookmark either of them, but I believe the consensus was Startime, Ofrei and another source all have them. An Ebay seller also has them but you have to buy something like 5 sets.

The bar diameter is 1.8mm. The inner width is 20mm and the pins are the same length and diameter as the 2mm bars. They are exactly what I need for my situation. I just have to dig up the links and buy them.

Maybe I misread what you are after. Just to confirm, you are looking for shoulderless right? Identical to 2mm sub bars but just in 1.8mm instead? Maybe they are out? In the thread I'm thinking of a few people chimed in about the ST bars being the same spring tension as gen, and another person showed a macro shot of the bar tip ends. Some are rounded and one of the sources has a slight point shape.

Yes. That's what I'm looking for. Just like 2mm bars, but only mid section is 1.8mm

I was only looking at the Swiss made bar section. Maybe it's in the Chinese made section. Thanks

I'm going to jump in here because I am struggling with this too. I picked up what I am told are gen-spec fat-bars.

I am assuming they fit well, as the watch hasn't fallen off (cheers to nato's) and they haven't popped - however I know my lug-holes are wrong.

My brother is a damn fine amateur machinist, and has a bridgeport milling machine with digital guides etc - he and I are going to set up a rig to drill correct size lug-holes... I am assuming I'll then be in the same pickle about finding the right bars.

Once you drill out the holes to 1.25-1.3, you should be good with standard Rolex 2.0mm bars.

For me, I'm trying to find. A quick fix to use a gen 62510H jubilee bracelet in a 1675 case. The bracelet is not stamped 50 (which are now very difficult to find). so it will only accept 1.8mm bars. And I don't want to modify the first link on a gen bracelet. Hence my "solution" to find thinner bars with gen-like end-bars.

I could use the same set up on my GMT. I am curious to see what you come up with. Be happy to go in on a buy with you.

Let me do some digging on my PC. A bunch of people shared options in this thread I remember. I just got busy and never acted on any of it, and then with Tapatalk on my phone it is hard to track it down again since I never marked it.

In my case I can either buy new endlinks and use the WSO ones which will solve the problem, but new 1.8mm bars would be far cheaper and then I'd have spares in case this ever came up again.

I'm positive that Ofrei and ST have had those bars that you are looking for because I have bought them from both companies. This is a common problem with some of the Rep Rolex bracelets, the holes in the end links will accept a 1.8mm but not a 2.0. I'll look, I might have some.

I found a thread over on RWI but it wasn't the same one. Anyway, the author bought these similar ones from Ofrei, Jules Borel, Startime, and Ebay. I just hopped onto Ofrei and they have them but on one side there is a double pin. Like a pin within a pin. No shoulder, so they function the same, but just that different look. Like what you posted above but only on one side. They are 1.8mm but the pin diameter is .9mm instead of 1.2mm.

There was another site where I saw them but I'm just not able to find the link. You had to buy 10 bars but they were exactly the same as the 2mm bars. Same pin diameter.
