Well, I could achieve a very futile dream : have all three major bodies evolution of the basic sub. Square CG, Pointed CG and round CG. So similar, yet so different !

I love the SCG build. I've been planning a 6542 build after my 6538, but may end up going for a SCG because they look so unique! For whatever reason, it's a less popular one I guess...

They are glorious! Love my 5513 PCG.  Where can I get one of those period specific boxes?

very simply on ebay... Patience and you will find at a fair price. Having a set really completes the watch! It does not look as good mixed up with other watches in an anonymous box.

Birth year so lots of reading. Cool period as both the Sub and GMT offered gilt and non gilt dials in 66. As far as I know regular crown guards on a 66 5512/13 Sub.

I've been trying to source out the #'s... like 66.00.00143 or whatever the f

but in my research I haven't found anything that's conclusive for 1966 and the #'s can be misleading.
