I received my PAM360 today but unfortunatly iwhen checking it i noticed there was a ding at the lugs...First time it happens, i don't know what to do with my TD Could you live with that on a new watch ? themannier Posted March 11, 2017 Author Report Share Posted March 11, 2017 Seams that the TD is not honest with me and this will be hard this time; i took a picture of the watch back and to show i couldn't saw it on the QC ! The dent is on the lug at 5, and you can't to see on this picture, but the TD is telling me he can see the dent ! Haha, this not the answer i was waiting for 4 minutes ago, Mike on a bike said: Damn! It's like he sent you the watch with a broken glass, and you can't catch it on the QC due to the lighting reflection. Movements issues are differents, the TD doesn't live into the watch, so he has no control on it PS: This watch is a PAM360 Hfac, a pure beauty ! However this is not the issue for us, because even if I can prove that the watch was sent in perfect condition (see qc pics) I trust this buyer because he is a long time member in the forums and was buying many watches from me So analysing the situation I suggested him to send the watch to Spain and I dissect it and sell it spare parts, and either refund or send him new watch.
