Sead often has some stock in the UK. What is your issue with buying direct from China? Any dealer based in the UK would run a high risk of being prosecuted or sued for selling counterfeit goods

Concern over first time buy and customs, were as if already in UK then supporting local dealer and avoiding customs

The UK is one of the safest places to bring reps into. Some TDs triangle ship via the UK for that reason. Indeed Sead (Supermirrors) has UK stock and is a great guy to boot
