Mesh or Engineers

I bought this nice little Borealis a while back and never liked it on the original brown leather strap. The watch is a chunky dive watch and the brown leather didn’t suit it. 

I popped it onto a mesh bracelet that I had lying around and loved it for a long while, but as you do, you get bored with the same look so I found a cheap engineers bracelet on eBay - a cheap one from China to see if I liked the look. I think I do! What’s your preferred one?

Mesh for me G. Somehow it matches the watch better than the engineer bracelet in my opinion.

Thanks A, although it’s been on the mesh for quite a while now so I may leave on the Engineers bracelet for a bit. I also have a use for the mesh - I may pop it onto a Navitimer (once it’s been repaired).

lol, ok. It will go back on the mesh at some stage. But for the moment I’m actually quite liking it on the engineers.

I am gong against current sentiment and say engineer's bracelet. The more blocky links look great...Carries the tool watch look well. Very nice piece!

Mesh, question. Picked up a ploprof v2 with strapcode mesh, seen a few extensions used on head side of band. Is this wrong?

Whatever floats your boat, I think most people put the extenders next to the clasp though.

I prefer mine in one piece without extensions, so I ordered it long. If need be I can cut off a couple wraps with nippers.
