Raijor Posted July 3, 2007 Report Posted July 3, 2007 Thats a great vintage...but I thought the 6538 is the Rolex that Connery wore in Dr. No? Your are probably right about which watch he wore - I believe that people just refer to many different older Subs as Bond watches, Cheers
FxrAndy Posted July 4, 2007 Report Posted July 4, 2007 A nice thin case on the 5508, will go nice with a tux, and bereta!

FxrAndy Posted July 11, 2007 Report Posted July 11, 2007 Only what TTK has shown but i find that dial too yellow for me
Raijor Posted July 11, 2007 Report Posted July 11, 2007 I do not believe that it is dead. I was in email contact with Silex about the watch a few weeks ago and was told that the dial was being worked on. I like what TTK has shown quite a lot but I can not order a watch without knowing what the price is first. Cheers
