By-Tor
Hey, I don't think we have ever posted a picture thread of the most popular rep ever: The Submariner. I guess most members have owned at least one Sub at some point of their collector career so rarity of the model shouldn't be any kind of excuse to not to share a pic. Please also share a story of your Sub... the model (CN/TW/WM/MBW etc.) and where and when you got it. So c'mon guys, let's see 'em..!! I've owned so many Subs that I can't even count them anymore. Here are my 4 favorites:

ubiquitous
My tribute... The 16610 Franken... The only one I still own. Various MBW 1680's (all have come and gone)... MBW 1680 turned Tudor 7928 (wish I had this one back)... LV oldies from way back (the pic quality might be a slight clue as to how old they are)... TW Best turned LV (yes, I know... Lugholes *ugh*)

Pugwash
My first rep was a Noobmariner from TTK very nearly a year ago. I've taken one or two pics of it in the last year. Early, early pic: First wristshot I took - March 24, 2006: The bezel insert was replaced: I've worn it on several straps: I'd like to thank Chieftang and Narikaa for saving it when I broke my O-Ring: And, for my first anniversary, I'm getting an LV from TTK. Oh, and I have this one, but it's in bits, getting all prettified:

Pugwash
Wow, this thread moves slow. I took a new shot to keep it going. I've just finished the crown guards on the 1680. I'll go take a pic for this thread... back in a few minutes
Falco
My Franken 1680 on the left, Gen to the right (have fixed the CGs, will take new pics after I hopefully get Ubi/watchmeister datewheel)
Pugwash
Check out that mirror reflection on the crown guard. I found that getting rid of metal was easy, but getting it to look like you hadn't attacked it with metalworking tools was the challenge. Excuse the state of the watch. It's far from showroom condition, apart from the crown guards. ps. I have one thing to do that it appears no other crown guard fixers do, so I'm going to leave it a secret for now ...
