After stumbling across and older TW cased sub the other day with the rare "centered lug holes" and deep rehaut ring, I decided to put this one together. with the wife out of town this weekend, i get to play.......

THE SUBMARINER

I modeled this one after the "T" serial cased sub from the early nineties.

BIG mad thanks and props to Ubi for sourcing me some parts to finish it. Ebay for the dial and other parts. And also to Hefland's also known as Florida Watch and Jewelry Supply in St. Petersberg, Florida.

All work done by me.

in the TW cases the inner rehaut ring is smaller in diameter than the CN sub case. therefore the gen dial fits right in. only mod is to relocate the feet on the back of the dial or in my case, cut em off and solder an ETA scaper ring to the back and then fit it to the ETA top plate.
