deltatahoe
so i've decided to upgrade my iwc 3717 and costeau diver (once it arrives) with new eta valjoux 7750 day & date wheels from cousins UK; the shipping cost for these is a significant portion of the total cost of the wheels, so i figured i'd see if anyone would be interested in going in with me to save on shipping. i did a group buy for the 45mm PO silix rubber strap to help everyone save on shipping and it worked out well, so i figured might as well give this a shot. i'm looking for maybe three or four other people maximum for this mini-group buy. the day wheels are $6 each and the date wheels are $7.40 each; you can see details in the following links.... for iwc costeau divers: day wheels & date wheels for iwc pilot's watch (3717): day wheels & date wheels the shipping cost it is showing just for my order is $16.59; i'm not sure if it will go up when more wheels are added, but i can't imagine it would increase that much. feel free to PM me or post here if you're interested in going in on a mini-group buy (united states only) -- i'd like to get these ordered by the end of this week. please respond to this thread or PM me by the end of the day today if you'd like to participate in this mini-group buy. thanks for looking deltatahoe

How about I buy them and ship all but my pair to you to distribute to the US? I can post them for a lot less than $16.

deltatahoe
yeah, I am in...but I am a little confused on how this is all gonna work... you just need to let me know what type (and quantity) of wheels you need; pugwash is going to order them and ship them to me (to save even more on shipping); then i'll ship to those in the states... which wheels are you interested in getting? deltatahoe

Pugwash
People, I'm not organising the group buy. I'm just shipping one package off to Deltahoe in the US. He's taking orders and shipping them to members, not me. I'll be getting one set for myself at the same time.

deltatahoe
hello all, i apologize for the delay in contacting everyone re: the group buy (i intended to do this at the end of last week) -- i had to unexpectedly head home for a funeral for a close family friend, on top of being absolutely buried at work. i will try to gather together all of the information and send a PM to everyone here in the US tonight with details about the pre-order. regards, deltatahoe
