I don't think this watch (Offshore Team Alinghi) is hideous.... but it is badly designed IMO. I can't get over how impractical the chunky hour and minute hands are.

Good technology though. I'd like to see them try and rep the forged carbon  ... and somehow I doubt they'd bother to rep the regatta function on the movement....

I would personally like to see this great Alain Silberstein watch replicated! I don't know, does anyone know how to approach a situation like this?Who could I ask, what could be done etc.? please let me know, thanks!

REALLY???!?!? Who did you hear this from? Or better yet & more importantly, who will be making them? Do you know!??? Thanks

calm down a litlle bit..angus told over at RWI that this project is to be started or already started...don't remember now...but i think it will tak some time for rep makers to do it properly...

as for the AP's...bring on all the collection of AP ROO's...I wanna have one of each flavour!

There is one last Royal Oak Offshore model introduced at SIHH, the Boutique Scuba Special Edition. It will be available at AP boutiques only, and is the same diameter as the traditional Offshore chronograph. The crown at 10 o

totally agree!! i love the ap roos....all the models/flavors. :thumbsupsmileyanim: thats funny you posted that pics because i saw a post on here from joshua asking if we wanted that watch repped. BUT, i guess they went to buy it and the price blew their hair back. no secret the ap's in general carry a hefty price tag. but i think that diver you posted should be pretty easy to rep. im sure these will sell like crazy if priced and made right.

here is the link for that AP...

i know about that...that would be easy to rep...and if they would do a so called super rep...i think it would be sold a lot!

I have just found 100 of photos on the web for different models of AP ROO...I am going mad...i always liked the look of them...but since i purchased TTK's EOD...i am gone totally crazy!

after i bought my ss ap roo i have been drooling over all the pics on timezone. they have so many amazing models and i hear they will have the NEW version of the rubber bezel out very soon. my source says they just need a couple more parts to finish it. im all over that.

this AP SCUBA BOUTIQUE LIMITED EDITION...dunno if it is the right name...is being sold BNIB for 17,500$...this limited editions are gonna be really hard to find and the prices are going to raise...like all AP limited editions do...

Our dealers should buy it...copy it....and then resell it..probably they would earn money just by re-selling it after one year....
