z3k0
Great pics, polarizers are really must-have if you want to shoot watches. I must get myself one, but good ones are really expensive ... what brand did you get ? regards

I must get myself one, but good ones are really expensive ... what brand did you get ? I'd recommend Hoya. I've got a Hoya one, but I've not used it for a while as it's gone missing. By the way, nice watch and great pics.

The Hoya is from a friend, who laughed when I told him i picked up a filter from the bay. But after seeing the pics he said it was ok, not great but ok. To be honest I cant see any diffrence, but Im no PRO and maybe I was just lucky when I picked that filter up from the bay.
eunomians
Great pics! Polarizers do make a difference. So does the cost/quality of your glass for professional applications. Otherwise, who cares. Makes no real difference if you're not shooting pro stuff in RAW. For me, I only use the Hoya Super-HMC circular polarizer multi-coated Pro 1 Extra Thin version for my EOS "L" lenses. They have to be thin in order to not vignette/distort on the edges. They ain't cheap, but neither are the lenses.
