By-Tor
"The Great White" means different things to different Rolex fans. For me this is the Great White. Nothing special here, just a new photo I took of my most prized rep possession. Enjoy!

By-Tor
Thanks fellas. @Steph: I love the black too, it's a beauty! Explorer II doesn't get much attention here, but it's slowly becoming my all time favorite Rolex.

dluddy
Explorer II is my favorite as well - both vintage and modern. Hope to add my "Great White" to the scene soon BT Plus a vintage project has been kicked off....
Sir-Lancelot
I wonder what it would look like on a tan leather strap? Similar to the steelfish. I think pretty nice although the purists would stone me. lol.

mezzanine
If this goes to court, I'm hiring By-Tor as my representation and claiming a literal translation defense... I came very close to posting an update pic to show the full scope of my particularly canadian celebration!! We know how to do things up right... I can't find a more specifically incriminating smiley...so I guess I'm pleading guilty to a lesser offense...
JoJo35
Wow, those Explorer II's are beautiful! Definitely on my 'must have" list. Till then, I'll have to put up with my old stand by great white
Cats
Agree this is one of the best type of rolex watches. The colour of the hourmakers and hands look brilliant on your watch By-Tor In fact this is the next one on my list after i have sold some other watches. its_urabus
there is no thread I would rather make my 300th post in. I am in awe of the amazing timepieces that you all tease me with. my "great white" is on its way back from canada as we speak, but it is not nearly as "great" as yours bytor. mez, once my "great white" exp II is done I will be hitting you up for some pointers on my next great white. then I will be a happy camper thanks for all the great advice and pics guys... I really enjoyed my first year here.
