Now you see red saturation on the watch dial and bezel, which comes from your hand (that's holding the camera). The first photo also reflecting some blue, which probably comes from your shirt. You can use Photoshop to get rid of the saturated areas though. Use a lasso tool to surround the problem area and go to -> Image -> Adjustment -> Hue/saturation. Other than that, the photos are good.
