By-Tor Posted June 6, 2008 Report Posted June 6, 2008 Happy early Friday morning to all RWG'ers!!! (well only us Europeans have Friday already). I'm starting this weekend with my other GMT, the "Coke". Let's see your weekend watches guys!
subzero1 Posted June 6, 2008 Report Posted June 6, 2008 uPO on nylon for me today (double AR from K2222):
its_urabus Posted June 6, 2008 Report Posted June 6, 2008 dluddy, is that swiss or asian? looks great...
By-Tor Posted June 6, 2008 Author Report Posted June 6, 2008 @dluddy: That's a beauty man! I didn't know you had one of these. @subzero: UPO looks so much better on a strap. Double AR is an essential mod too. Great watch!
subzero1 Posted June 6, 2008 Report Posted June 6, 2008 By-Tor: You are so right. I like the "idea" of the uPO on the steel bracelet, but it just looks ludicrous on my wrist. Straps are much more elegant and make the uPO more balanced and visually interesting.
hiker01 Posted June 6, 2008 Report Posted June 6, 2008 Still wearing this today: Tomorrow: Gen Sub: Sat: Sun: This is a Rolex week for me! Must be because of all the fuzz of the GMTII-C!!!!
hiker01 Posted June 6, 2008 Report Posted June 6, 2008 Corgi, You and BT always takes one of the best Watch photos! That's a beaut! Hike
dluddy Posted June 6, 2008 Report Posted June 6, 2008 dluddy, is that swiss or asian? looks great... @dluddy: That's a beauty man! I didn't know you had one of these. Thanks UR and BT - It is a recent project finally completed. It is Swiss (2836) and made from 2 different versions plus some Omega hands ala TMG. Many thanks to RA and TMG for the inspiration and Ziggy for the artistry - and Q for the end links
By-Tor Posted June 6, 2008 Author Report Posted June 6, 2008 @dluddy: Actually 21J wouldn't be a bad option for this watch, either. Didn't these have a low-beat bph? Congrats for that beauty!

Guest SliceMaster Posted June 6, 2008 Report Posted June 6, 2008 Today as it is Swedens nationalday I
Stephane Posted June 6, 2008 Report Posted June 6, 2008 Hmmm, 1655 well I WANT TO BUY A 1655 In the meantime, as I have no meetings today, I can safely wear my Single Red without the risk that somebody notice it
predfan2001 Posted June 6, 2008 Report Posted June 6, 2008 Since we are going white water rafting, I guess I'll park the 5513 and wear something that I know is water resistant. My SBS nodate on a NATO.
slai Posted June 6, 2008 Report Posted June 6, 2008 I really really hate Friday meetings but it does give the opportunity to pull off some odd casual/business combinations.
