adrenalin
Greetings all, I ran across this. It is represented as a 1970's cal 861. It looks gen to me, but I dont have the hawk-eyes that you guys do... Real or Rep? As a follow up question, what would you consider paying for such a piece? Thanks! -K

dluddy
Looks like a genuine 1974 Cal 861 moonie to me Typically sell in the 2.5K range....
whitestripes
Gen. I wouldn't pay that high for a non cal. 321 watch.

Toadtorrent
Looks good. I like that dial. It looks to be a 3570.50 given the bracelet. It may have a replaced Hesalite or aftermarket crystal...hard to say...or that one is in outstanding condition. I'm not a vintage crystal expert so I couldn't tell you if it's the correct one or not but it looks like the right shape. The pics don't show it, but you might be able to look for the Omega sign in the middle of the crystal to see if it's a gen Omega one or cheaper aftermarket. In case you're wondering...the 861 was used post '68, and beats a little higher than the 321 used in the early 60's (21.6k vs. 18k).
tr4driver
Gen. I just recently bought a 1977 Speedmaster very similar to this one and paid $1,500.00 for it.

Pugwash
On eBay, that'd get $1600-$1800 right now with bracelet and box. Oh, unless it turns out the caseback isn't as genuine as it should be. I saw one with the same badly engraved caseback fetch a lot less than an identical one with a proper caseback. Yes, I've been looking.
