alligoat
Great post Discovery! I figure if I keep reading this stuff, eventually some of it will sink in. Hey, some day, when I screw up the keyless works, I may even be able to fix it myself, w/o having to go visit the watchmaker! thanks

madmex
wich ETA movement has the 36,000 BPH ? great find ! In the 1970s they experimented with the hi-beat watches. I think that's when the 2824 beat that fast--something tells me it was adapted in a version for Ulysse-Nardin (I could be way off).

r11co
I first saw these when they were posted up on old RWG. Brilliant reference - reading these taught me most of what I know about ETA 28xx movements (before I actually got my hands dirty on them..) bkdc
2892 is a sweet movement. I'd be willing to pay extra for the 2892 instead of a 2824 or 2836. The second hand sweeps soooo smoothly.
