  2. Forum Members, let me tell you all something. I just received my new Gator Bone Pen from Mike. I (use to) use a Mont Blanc Le Grand 161 75th Anniversary Pen everyday since 1999 when I bought it. I'm now the Proud owner of a Michael Mulne Gator Bone Master-Piece Rollerball. I know I'll probably never use another pen again. This thing is such a work of art, you will not believe now well made this thing is and how Great it feels in your hand. The Schmidt ceramic insert write extremely smooth and the pen feels so nice and balanced in your hand when using it, you Must own one of these. Mike, I can't thank you enough for making such a wonderful writing instrument. You are a true Master of your craft! BTW, my crappy cell phones pictures don't do this pen justice. Thanks, Dave...

  3. Guys - First, I wouldn't show up to his to door unannounced. My point is that if mike is reading this or if someone talks to mike, have him pm me so I can ship out members stuff. On the other rwg board, some members here knew of a similar issue with another modder named mike. A member there who knew mike was able to send back some of the members (including me )watches and parts.

  5. $18k worth of watches and not one word from mike? Unacceptable. Been involved in this hobby for a very long time and have see. Crap like this previously and can't believe it continues today. Was a good guy and still a good guy are two different things. I have no dealings with mike, but this is total bs. Mike had the fortitude to reply go the other thread asking everyone for his understanding (dentist, a will, etc.). There are no more excuses. If he needs help shipping watches and parts back, f'cj, I'll go over to his house and ship them back myself (based on the op posting his home address, he's a 40 minute drive from me). Mike - pm me and I'll pick up the watches and mail them out. For those who are buddies with him or talk yo him via phone, tell him to pm me.

  7. Gentlemen we need to be united to help our fellow members recover this huge amount of goods. Look many of the guys that were on other side of this issue now reside in the private PM group. What was said was said from all parties this is not the time to have a war of words at the expense of fellow members goods.

  8. Yep, manually wind it and then give it a gentle shake from side-to-side - should get it going. If that doesn't work, some people reckon giving a watch a slap can kickstart it. I've never had to do it but, if I did, I think I'd hold the watch in the palm of my hand and then slap the back of my hand as hard as I'm prepared to tolerate. If it doesn't work it should at least provide some entertainment for anyone watching.

  9. Manually wind it, give it 30 or so turns of the manual wind [censored] (after releasing the crown guard of course) and that should set it off running.

  10. Some people manually wind the watches upon arrival. I've never needed that because all were running fine because of the movements during shipping.
