I recently picked up a PAM 111 and a strap for it from HKTAN. It is a hornback crocodile strap, so quite thick. I have the following buckle that came with it: http://www.toggleswitches.cn/wimages/panerai_strap_buckle_24mmbuckle_SS.jpg My problem is that I find the strap impossible to undo once I get it on. I've literally had to unscrew the strap off of my wrist because I simply cannot pull the metal pin out of the strap. I think the issue is that the strap is thick, and perhaps this is not the best buckle for it? Does anyone have any tips? It simply isn't wearable the way it is now

Believe me, I got the absolute best rep I could from Narikaa (from his premium line). It just simply doesn't compare, not even close. The gen isn't cheap, but then again it isn't excessively expensive as well. Keep an eye on Ebay and you can find good deals. I have a MontBlanc Starwalker Midnight Black and also a MontBlanc Starwalker Black Mystery. I got both for a great deal on Ebay.

I paid $40 for a rep which is far inferior. I stongly suggest saving up and getting a genuine

I agree with buying a gen. I bought a premium quality rep MontBlanc from Narikaa, and although it is good, it simply doesn't compared to my genuine MontBlanc. The biggest disappointment to me was the twist mechanism, its terrible in the rep and anyone who has ever used a genuine MontBlanc will be able to tell immediately it is a fake. I managed to pick up a brand new StarWalker on EBay for $190, you can't beat it for that price.

First of call, cancel the dispute before anything is resolved, because you are just making this worse for yourself. Second, either keep the bag and suck up the fact that YOU made a mistake, or ship it back to KB so he can send it to someone else. And for the record, KB shouldn't be expected to give you a refund before you ship it. You've proven to be untreatable. I'll even give you a guarantee and pay you whatever the bag costs if KB doesn't refund you appropriate costs less shipping. Third, please do us all a favor and never come back here again. Its because of impatient people like you that the rest of us have issues being able to use PayPal for our purchases. KB is one of the most upstanding members of this forum, and you file a PayPal dispute because you don't get a reply for a few days? Contrary to what you may think, people have a life and won't get back to you instantaneously. And stop whining about feeling you were scammed, you were not. You were sent photos and got exactly what was shown in the photos. Pictures look different from the actual product, even for an authentic company's product. Go ahead and look on the Louis Vuitton or Prada site and see the photos they show there. You would be complaining that the product you recieved from them didn't look exactly like in the photos.

I guess the better question is, which is worth the trade off? Is it better to have a 18000vph with superior parts, or a 21600vph with parts which are not as good?

Pardon my ignorance, I've tried to read up on this topic but still have some questions. I've always been under the impression that Swiss movements are superior and have always got them when given the opportunity. However, I am currently looking at the PAM111M by Noob-Maker and am not sure if I should go with Swiss or Asian movement. While I believe the Swiss will be better quality, they appear to look identical and the Asian movement in fact has a higher number of beats per minute like the genuine. What do you guys generally recommend? No point spending more money if there is no benefit, I might as well buy a nice strap. Thanks!
