  1. I know this is a rep forum but what are your thoughts about gen Tag watches compared to gen Oris. Tag is definitely the better known more popular brand. But I tend to think Oris is the better watch. What are your opinions? It may be hard but I am not talking about any specific watches but the whole brand. What do you think?
  2. Been there! I like to think of it as Touneau's Father.
  3. Nothing but praise on mine thusfar! Enjoy.
  4. Tag want $200+ for the black perferated rubber strap. I got my gen with the steal strap and want to purchase the rubber one. Any one know where I can find one? Rep or Gen, i don't care its only a strap.
  5. The few watches in my current collection were purchased after reading the reviews written by other members here. After I read the review I found out who the dealer was and placed my order. I always get in contact with the dealer and mention that I saw the reveiw(and where) or that someone recommended it to me. I usually let them know I am a member here. I have not been dissapointed yet. But, we'll see in the future as my collection and orders increase in numbers the types of problems that come my way.
  6. The usual, until my collections increases. Next on my purchase list, the PVD Swordfish with Orange numbers!!! Can't wait.
  7. Can't wait to see the reviews on this these. I dig the Black models. Puretime states that they should be available today? The starting price is $390. With you're experience, how long does it take for the prices to go down??? There is also a right and left version. Never seen that on a rep.
  8. Until my Oris CC limited edition comes in from Silix, I'll be sporting my Chronofighter on the weekends.
  9. This is easy since I got my first rep a little over a month ago. I went watch shopping with my brother, he was looking for a new watch, and that gave me the itch so I started to look at different catalogs. A came across Graham watches and had to get one, then I saw the price tag. :yucky: So I started searching the internet for look alikes, fakes, and reps. I tried to purchase a rep from one website and they canceled my order b/c they didn't ship to the US. I then found RWG and started to learn a lot really fast. I found my Chronofighter and a B&R on Josh's site. I baught them both. I was a little worried that they would never get here because there were some posts about customs issues. When they finally arrived, 10 days later, I couldn't stop looking at both of the watches. People at work started to inquire about my new watches and I think I turned a few other people on the this world of reps. Now I want more, I feel I may be addicted.
  10. I am a Cell Biologist but soon back to school to study Anesthesia. I got to get out of the lab, as you can imagine cells are not that exciting in culture.
  11. My collection not being so extensive I rotate three watches. My work watch is a BR instrument. Its all black and goes with any thing I wear to work. It wasn't expensive and keeps pretty good time. Not to mention the women in the office dig the square face.
  12. My Undersized BR. I mistake purchase which turned out to be a great everyday work watch. It actually fits under my sleeve!
  13. Is that band aftermarket or did you get that with purchase? It looks great I would like one for my self!
  14. The PAM you described is a casual watch and the student seems to be dressed casual. I have few reps that I wear not to match my clothing but to match my style, e.g. casual, business, dressy, etc. Although a gen Chronofighter retails for more then $8000 its still my casual watch and my B&R is my business watch which retails for less. Instead of looking at the student and saying "He doesn't fit the bill" you should be saying "Good taste in watches my friend!"
  15. The ones that your mentioned "43mm Chronofighter replacements" are awesome . If someone reps the Black/Yellow one with the mag date they got a customer already. Just let me know .
  16. I am very interested in an expensive replica. $400+ If I spend this amount of money on this watch I want it to last. How long do these asian movements last (Asia 7750 Valjoux Working Chronograph movement)? Is it worth the Money? Will they be good enough wear daily? What is your experience with this movement?
  17. The Graham Chronofighter is what started my facination with watches. These watches have history and a very original look. I don't wear mine every day but when I do, I get mixed reactions. Graham and BR are two of my favorite watch manufactures because of the originality of the designs. You can spot one across the room.
  18. Yes they do. I was in Tourneau yesterday looking at them.
  19. Does any one know if there are any Cuervo y Sobrinos replica watches? I really like the Torpedo style. Bizz.....
  20. Any reply on the water proofing on these replicas? Bizz....
  21. Hello, I am new to this replica business. I love watches but can't afford the great ones. A friend said I should look at replica's and clones, if there is a difference. I went shopping online and found out it is not easy to navigate this world. RWG seems like the place to be. Right now I am looking for a quality Graham Chronofighter. I appreciate any and all advice. Thank You, Bizz......
  22. I am looking for this watch. It is listed on a few websites but it is sold out everywhere. Any tips on where to find it? It is listed as a Graham Chronofighter Limited edition I have seen it as part number GR4. Anyone familiar with this watch? It is white faced with roman numerals on the top and bottom only, brown leather strap and fully automatic. Do any one know a good replica site that you can order from? Bizzon
