Firstly, we're not an authentication service. We're on the other side of the fence.
Secondly, what gives you reason to doubt the seller?
I feel I have to state this lest we become an eBay verification service for every watch on eBay.
Yes, it was.
Can you paste the posts they said they were blocking other dealers and fixing the prices so Olivia can see we're not just making this stuff up?
Look on RWI for a steelfish price post. It's in the loony bin now.
In that thread, Josh, Andrew and Angus all proudly exclaimed they'd fixed the price and had made sure no other dealers would get that watch.
I'd copy/paste the text, but I can't seem to connect to RWI for some reason.
Ooh, good take. It pushes the inside up to the rim?
With my under-the-bezel CG mod (I doubt I invented it, as I know Kurt also does it) and Kurt's Bezel job, looks like new tricks abound!
I was gently ribbing RWI, not Americans.
Most Americans are not like that. I like lots of them, truly I do.
Besides, is the thread over on RWI saying let the market sort itself out? It was the general tone over there when I was allowed to visit.
Um, sure you do.
Ok, I was dead against Daniel Craig when he was announced, but having seen the film, I was happy to admit I was wrong. He was an excellent fresh double-oh.
That's not the guy. That's just some guy at Wanadoo/Orange.
You need to email abuse@orange.co.uk with timestamps (with timezones) from your webserver or any timestamped logs of any kind.
It's a DSL connection, so it's likely the IP could be shared by many users at different times and therefore the time and date when he was connected are critical.
Good luck, no-one deserves this.
I don't have a problem with high prices, as long as they're not artificially high. The Steelfish, it has to be said, is a damned fine watch and is possibly not too overpriced as I bought one. That doesn't mean that it may not have been cheaper if the prices hadn't been artificially sustained.
Four dealers that have proudly exclaimed that they are price fixing, by any chance?
Well, I'll admit to not have heard King mention it, as I've only ever heard Josh, Andrew and Angus declare it openly, but still ...
I didn't say that. I just said that if the complainers wanted their grievances to be posted publicly, they'd have done so themselves.
If someone PMs you in confidence, it's considered bad form to post it publicly.
Now, it's time for those who've been keeping quiet so as not to rock the boat to stand up. Of that I am in agreement.
It doesn't look that badly aligned to me. Still, this is just pictures. Maybe in person it'd be more obvious. If so, then yes, if the dealer agreed to make sure it was aligned.
