That's not a Valjoux 7750. It's a 7753-copy. A 7750 is 6-9-12.

No, it's booked in to see The Zigmeister, so I'll put my faith in a serviced 7750@28. Once it dies, then I may consider it. The IWC movement is apparently so heavily modded, there's no real authenticity to be gained by a Valjoux. I'm tempted, but ... I've not got a huge watch budget. $250 more for a Val is a Moon Watch, see, and I've not even saved up for that yet.

I agree, but I saw this and ... well, it'll have Lume, and the N is in the right place and ... well, you never hear of modded GSTs.

The problem is there are two right things. The right thing for Blade is that he finish what he started. In his eyes, the watch fund had nothing to do with him, and he just feels obliged to send out the watches. This might not be the best solution, but for him, I imagine he sees it as the only thing he can do. Ideally, none of this would ever have happened, but it has, it's a fiasco (listen Gran, it really is, man up, grow a pair, accept some responsibility, etc.) and there is no graceful way out of it. Some people would have complained whatever happened. As an observer, I reckon the only people making good of this are the popcorn sellers.
