You dont need to remove the chrono buttons to remove the movement just the retaining tabs and screws and the crown, then you can press out the crystal with a crystal press of some times with your thumbs In my sig below is a thread about when i replaced thre crystal with plexy

The rep factorys must just lover panerai, take a 111 stick a new case back on it and sell a load more watches, it would not supprise me if the rep factorys make more cash from a special edition than Panerai its self, as they are not tied to a limited number

Frank the Kemner 007 was a run of 50 initialy with vintage orange lume and the white Kemmner(small crown) then there was the 50 white lume Red kemmers (big crowns) I have had one and it was a GREAT WATCH but suffers the crown locking the bezel when fully screwed down.
