Very nice indeed, the brown looks really rich...This watch is my current fave, my (ihc) rollie GMT II ceramic looks kinda small and puny next to it and consequently has had zero wrist time...

WOOT ! my black dial version arrived this afternoon...here's some slightly sad pics that I hurridly snapped .. I think it's my new favorite, but mine does have a crown thats a bit iffy...it wobbles a fair bit and after setting the date I have to pull it out to the time setting position then push it all the way back in before screwing it down to the case. If I don't, it'll advance the date 4 days as it screws down I'll send an email to Trusty and see what he suggests... That said, it really is a very, very nice watch indeed.....

I've been trying to order watches from both Trusty and Puretime with my credit card...I get redirected to MBS to make my payment, but after I put in my address details and confirm the amount, the next page "https://3ds.cps.lv/tps/rh.aspx" throws up a "the website can't be found"... I've tried with Firefox, Safari and opera- same result I ended up using PP for Puretime, but Trusty doesn't take it.... Just me or anybody else experiencing this ?

I'm a sucker for Sinn, altering the 2nd timezone is as easy as pulling the crown out to the 2nd click and turning it anti clockwise, the hour hand jumps forward an hour for each click. You can also hide the GMT hand behind the hour hand to reduce clutter. Nice ! how about a Sinn 757 utc.... or a 144 GMT or a 756 utc

I bought a UPO chrono from him with a very wonky crown that won't screw down into the case consistantly. I emailed him and contacted him via his website with no reply...I want to buy a 3717 and a chopard MM XL from him and he answered my questions on those very quickly whilst ignoring my earlier questions re the crown, so I have little confidence that should anything go wrong with any future purchases i will get any kind of resolution

elapsed hours for your stopwatch.... the one at 9 is running seconds, should be cheerfully trotting around all the time, the one at 3 is elapsed minutes for the stopwatch... ah...see, thought I was being clever in answering the question, but I was being soooo clever I didn't notice there was already a "page 2" already with the answer....

so you posted that just to make me feel miserable then.... quick question, what color are your subdials ? Mine are quite a bit greyer than the rest of the dial with prominent concentric rings...yours look flat and almost the same color as the dial...

Ruby has the 21 j for $129...My question is around the diffences between the 21J and the asian eta clone. Different names for the same thing ? I don't need a swiss ETA, I'll be happy with the Asian copy at $219, i just want to know in which respects it's better than a 21j movement.... Silix's Swiss EtA is $250, but the one in his site pics has well wonky lume at the hour markers...i will happily pay the extra $19 to get pics from Ruby of the actual watch I'll be getting so i can visually check it over prior to shipping. I'm pleased she didn't try to pass off the asian as swiss.

I have a gen Seamaster in Ti and a rep PO chrono. I wear the rep more as it's just a visually more impressive watch (even if it is hilariously inaccurate). Bernardwatch.com has a couple of gently used ones on his site for about 3,500 w/ box/papers /warranty.

it does indeed appear pretty black in pics as do the subdials, but my strap is a very dark blue/grey.

that's what I though, but mine has none at all. Everthing else on the watch is spot on though, datewheel /inner bezel alignment etc, and I'm overall really, really impressed by it. Think I'll either send it off to get lumed or try and buy someone elses modded one... cheers
