I just had this thougt, since i know alot (well some) off people that earn ALOT of money.. and they still go rep (or no watch at all). They just wont spend the money for a gen. That to me is a true sign off someone that watch to be rich. Just look at Warren B, does he sport an AP? So my question is this, do you know any celebs or insaine rich people that wears reps? P.s Would LOVE to se Stallone with a rep 243

Next time i meet him (he actually invited my to his new years pary) i will suggest that he get a noob 111 as a "throw away watch" when tooling, partying etc. I will also invite him to this forum. If i get him to become a member im sure i will be able to turn him around. Remember.. he has one watch.. and thats the gen 111. If he realised what he can get if joining this forum im sure i will be able to turn him around. I will keep you updated

I think Domi and Zigg can do a incabloc mod. They will modify the one on the movement, not change it. Btw. I had a gen 111 owner at dinner last weekend. He spent 10 mins comparing the movement on my rep 112 with his 111. He could not see the difference. I would spend the money you have to spend for that mod on a service or a few cold beers.

So, i was at dinner last night with an old friend of mine. Her bf has a gen 111 and is doing well in life. I have met him a few times before and he knows i am into reps. He is not, he does not like that at all. But last night at dinner it would only be me, him and our girlfriends. So i thought it would be ok to wear my rep pam. Usually when i know im going to meet this guy i wear something else, since i know he has a gen pam 111. My Ebel usually works fine. But this time i wore my noob 112 latest edition. During the dinner i noticed he looking at my wrist several times, but he never spoke up. So after a few bottles of whine i told him what i was wearing. I gave him my watch and he spent atleast 10 minutes looking at it. He actually took of his 111 to compare them. Funny thing is that he didn't even look at the dial, only at the movement. That was good of him i thought. But after 10 minutes i had to tell him how he could spot the fake, so i showed him the incabloc and then he realized. Long story short.. We had a discussion for four (4) hours about reps and our girlfriends HATED us! We just couldn't stop talking about it. Yes we were both drunk (see picture) but it was at a friendly level. But he don't like reps.. does not matter how good they are. Just remember that.. i mean the reps are great.. he couldn't see that i had a rep until i told him. But if you are a hater.. you WILL have a problem trying to tell them otherwise. Just a heads up P.s The n00b 112 is a GREAT rep!!!! Next time i will bring the latest noob 111 that i have he will KILL me haha

Thnx for all input. The picture included above is from the watch i have problems with. Im on Android so i dont have the software to check the timing. My estimate 4 minutes is just from looking at the dial.. but it seems correct. I did try the "slap" service but it didnt help at all. I guess i have to contact the dealer for a change/repair. I knew something was about to go south when the mailman arrived with a big envelope and a watch wrapped in some bubble wrap. I would never send a watch that way.

Hi, I got a noob pam 111 this morning from one of our small td`s. Its powered with an asian 6497 movement. The watch runs fast.. about 4 minutes on every hour. Thats about 1.5 hours each day. So what to do? Can you regulate that movement when it runs that fast (to big of a fault) or should i just send it back to the dealer? Im no wis when it comes to movements, im more into the looks of the watch. But 1.5 hours it a bit to much of an error if you ask me. I read somewhere that the movement sometimes need a few days of running time to adjust themselves. I dont belive that for a minute (no pun intended), its mechanics and should work of the bat. But pls let me know if im wrong in this. Thnx for your time.

+1 I would even like to say that YOU wont notice. The dial is in all regards beautiful with the sandwich dial. Just go and get it while you can

CG should be ok. Most noob has been updated with better cg, ar etc. About the lowbar A.. you need to ask dealers or wait for qc pics. Seems some have it and some not.. even though all of them has the good cg. I wouldnt bother about the lowbar A though, no one will notice. Better with a square CG.

I think it depends on the country. In Sweden we have hard laws against guns and a culture that clearly sais that guns are bad. Most ppl only come in contact with guns in the army duty. With that said we have around 90 killings each year (not all gun related) with a population of 9.5 million ppl. Source: TT.
