Just posing a question about the authenticity of the products this ebayer is selling. Seems to have these watches or similar ones for sale all of the time. What are the chances of that? Any info about this guy appreciated.

Watch looks gen. He has lots of positive feedback for selling gen watches. Looks legit to me - he's just a small-time trader by the looks of it.

That's no rat, it is a [censored] mouse
Well ain't we the picky eater, then!
Maybe sir would like to try this one instead?
-
I will have them all for lunch, no problem.
Here you go. Eat up, bud...
Greg and Demsey..... but which is which?Neither one, but it looks like the rats might have gotten to her....
-
The problem with the rat option is the training. Admittedly the hand grenade option will mean that I'll need to have the downstairs bathroom re-fitted, but finding a plumber is generally easier than tracking down a fully-qualified rat trainer these days...
Unless, of course, you know someone?
-
And what did you do with the pictures
same thing
-
Yeah right.
Onze, as you enter the guest bath in the downstairs, to the right there is a panel in the ceiling to access the space above the false ceiling. Open the panel upwards, and reach your arm as far back towards the door as you can, you will feel a box which contains a hand grenade, the pin tied to a nearby post with a piece of string. Dislodging the box will cause a mechanism to trip, closing and locking the armored bathroom door, and causing the handgrenade to fall to the floor, the pin being pulled by the force of the fall.
Congratulations. You now have 5 seconds to live.

Pics of those??
Sorry - wife and g/f photos are generally ceremoniously shredded, boiled in acid and burned at the moment they become 'ex'

I wonder how many of THESE he sells. That's one VERY expensive rep. Still a lot cheaper than the gen tho. And not much difference. You'd think they would have done the crazy hours instead tho.
Col.
Not many is my guess... geez.
I'd certainly be buying a gen watch of some description rather than spending that kinda dough on a rep...

OKE
oke

I do like THIS for $128, tempting. I don't have a white face dress watch and I like that. It has a timeless style that will never go out of fashon. That's one I'd buy the gen of if I could afford too. I wounder how good the plateing is.
Col.
ooo - yes, that's very nice indeed.
-
I had never problems with watches form Josh.
I guess I was just lucky....
-
Are you talking about buying former girlfriens from SA?
Nope - I have a plentiful supply of former girlfriends and ex-wives already, thanks....
-
I do. A jubilie for me please. I just got a ceramic and all black thing.
Col.
I understand that you can get medication for that nowadays....
:D

Josh...
The thing I hear most often about Josh is, "Josh will make it right!"
Strange but true... the only watch I've ever had a problem with came from Josh... Sure, he sorted it out with minimum hassle, but...
(note to self - quit typing like TTK)
-
If he has it's a bargin. The MVT alone is worth near that. Good buy as spares for a Pam person.
Do you think THIS ONE is realy water proof to 1000m tho?
Provided it's in a submarine at the time, yes
Seriously, though, I have seen the occasional watch with a 7750 go at that sort of figure before - albeit not with Josh.
-
Why would a Pam 152 Sealand have a 7750 in it? If it does, at the price it's a bargin even if you just need bits and a spare 7750. Me thinks he meens A2824 however.
Col.
A surprising number of automatic PAMs run 7750s, so I think Josh may have got this one right. Certainly cheap for a 7750, though...
-
Pretty sure is is still manual wind? And only black face. Pretty much the same watch as the 8 day but with 10 day reserve?
Nope, it's an auto. Limited edition as per Luthier's post above.
-
A relatively new model from Panerai IIRC. Not quite sure why a 10-day power reserve is necessary on an automatic movement, but there ya go

I make my living (or at least a good part of it) as a Windows systems admin.
I've been using Macs both at home and at work (where possible) since '87
'nuff said.

You mean..... like THIS?:
i am sooooooooo tempted to post a certain photo.....
naah. I'm not that mean...
Yeah, summat like that....
-
Got it... thanks.
Dave has been pm'ing me that I should download "queer as folk".... what is that like?
Predictably, kinda gay....
-
i was so tempted to say learn to [censored] spell but i was scared i would get banned

yep, saw some of firefly, but not crazy about it. I love BSG even though it is not really my kind of scifi - it is the space opera stuff I normally hate but it is so well done, script, effects, acting, etc... that I can't help but like it.
Fair enough - I like BSG for the same reasons...
I will check out profit. If you admire good writing, it may well be right up your alley. I'll be interested to know what you think, anyhow =]
I liked Spooks but that is over.Sometimes I download Hotel Babylon - yes, very gay, but reminds me of Love Boat a little bit. Silly and cheesy but with its own weird charm.
Hmm - I don't know either of those. Must check 'em out... I don't do episodic TV very well, though - if there's not some long-term story arc, I get bored with 'em pretty quickly (the Unit is a notable exception...).
Hey guys :)
