  1. Andrew, I'm glad this has been resolved. Your a true gentleman in all our dealings. And from the above post, I can see that this wasn't the Efren we all knew. What a mess Booster caused!
  2. I bought several reps from "Efren". very good dealer, very honorable. I can't believe it's the same guy!
  3. Actually, Joshua's is verrrrry close to the Gen. compare the pic's on the rolex site with his side by side. .......and even with a few flaws, no one is going to notice. It's a beauty.
  4. Thanks for that. I hope the members all read it and understand that Zig (or any of the other watch experts) do put up with a lot of innocuous but time consuming stuff. Appreciate them for their contribution.......just don't abuse it. Have fun, The Zigmeister
  5. Flaws and all, still very nice. No one is gonna spot them except us Wis's. I would love to see the black bezel version if there is one.
  6. I'm calling my lawyer

  8. Perfectionist, you are without a doubt the wittiest guy to post here. The entire forum is blown away (no pun intended). Your intelligence and wit adds immeasurably to this forum. We are in awe.
  9. I've said it before. Tags are definitely underrated. Great watches.
  10. I've got it. and it is the best I've seen. I have two other versions of it (the latest models) and this one is far superior. My understanding is the factory was shut down. I assume by Omega, but don't know that for sure. Just basing that on various threads over the last year. ....and no, I wouldn't sell it. they do come available from time to time.
  11. I have to agree with you. It is truly as good a rep "out of the box" as I've seen. I purchased the maroon one and am really enjoying it. I'm considering putting it on a breitling strap since I do find it a bit "blingy". You're going to enjoy it a LOT. ....and you're review is terrific. thank you
  12. Really nice collection. Best of the best.......and you haven't succumbed to the Pam craze.
  13. Well, I was hoping to post my number today, since I received a package yesterday. Unfortunately, Eddie sent me the wrong watch (Breitling GT), so he's resending. I tried for 666 but........
  14. Thank you!thankyou! I was about to buy that watch before you pointed out the major flaw. I'm gonna wait for the 8th edition. I know that one will be right.....or it will be the dealers ass.....
  15. does the wallpaper come with the watch?
  16. I have the same one that I purchased from Neil about a year ago. Very unusual. Heavy. I don't know how you would remove the strap. I've compared it to the original (which sells for $100,000 +.) Doesn't quite compare LOL! But it is an unusual watch that draws comments like flies.
  17. ryaku, congratulations. you found your railmaster. I'm amazed more people don't buy them. It's such a classic beauty. Simplicity and elegance. Wear it well.
  18. Craytonic, give it a rest. you made your feelings clear as have Neil. We're all bored to death with the repitition. try and take a deep breath and go out and get some sunshine. you need it.
  19. regarding that $25K figure. is that a day? a week? a month? a year? When i read it, (thinking I'm getting a financial education???) it read like a year. That's a lot if your a chinese laborer. of course, if it's a day, then I'm sure there wearing Gens.
  20. I would disagree with you. It wasn't just about pricing. If it were, they wouldn't have bothered posting. Just raise prices and "let the chips fall where they may". Neil and Josh Nana were talking about the problems inherit in the business getting much worse, and although it reflects in pricing, you missed the point, if you didn't see the big picture. All anybody focuses on is: Price......price.....price. ........Missed the point! And if your focus was only on Neil's attitude, then you really missed the point!
  21. The Zigmeister is an artist, not a watch repair guy. Me..........I have been collecting for years and recently mastered changing straps!
