Oh great! There were at least six who were suposed to show up. Why do I bother?
I'm trying to organise a Sydney meet next and am still needing someone to do the ground work there. No takers so far. Anyone?

Cashback ended early (guess it was costing M$ too much, they just had to pay LinkLock 380 million after all) and was not available outside of US anyway.

Yep, that would be a ST19. One very nice and bullet proof MVT. Should go straight into a Pam chrono case. If it had an auto in it you may need a new MVT retaining ring tho.

And now we know why gen Briets cost what they do! That B25 alone is about 10 grand per air hour so imaging what a fleet of jet trainers costs to sponser.
Nice pics mate. I'm going to try to make Perth next year.
The lucky(?)devils flying rear seat in those jets all won competitions! Nice prize hey?
Col.
And that little etching is suposed to stop what exactly? All it does is make gen owners feel a little more secure as most have NFI how good/close reps realy are, that's all.
Col.
Well the best of the CN ETA clones (DG, Sea-Gull et al) have most parts interchangble with the gen so that fixes that problem. The MVTs themselvs are for all intents and purposes just as reliable as the Swiss origenal at a fraction of the price so that's the route I'd be going.
Col.
And when it does you throw in another 4 dollar MVT!
Even the battery in the Tag is the same as the Gen.
The Porsche must use the same MVT if the dbl chronas work.

I have read that most quartz movements are good to about 60 secs per year. My understanding Is that most reps have the cheeper Japanise movements.
Any info/news on the actual MVT itself? The MVT has to come first and I have seen Noooothing on it let alone any reps being developed for it. I hope it turns up as it will be a godsend for so many well loved models.
