I have the gen tube and crown from ofrei. I purchased them for my 45.5 PO. to my surprise they will not fit the rep case, the gen tube has thread so screws to the case, the rep tube does not have a thread and it goes in by pushing. the Gen crown is thinner on the inside, so i s the gen tube. the only person that i know has installed a Gen Crown and Tube is The Zigmeister. I wish that he post a how to or tutorial of how he made the part fit. Good luck

The rehaut still looks conical in comparison with the gen, Very nice watch I wish they do the same with the submariner. Now I have to see what watch to sell so I can buy this one. I want to keep my collection short. Nice pictures

I know but I thought that the offer price was 225 not 255, That is why I decided to pass on this bummer

Well I talked to my dealer and asked him. How come he does not have the same offer and sale more watches. His answer was that the movement may not be ETA and the that AR is applied on the outer side of the crystal, for this there is no warranty at all. By the way I have a reply from Silix he told me that the watch is 255, I can get the same one from my dealer with free shipping for 278. I will stick with my source, he never fail me and always fix any problem with the watch for free Regards

I really would like to know how the crown got installed on that watch. I have a gen crown and tube, and was impossible to install The rep case does not have a thread on the case for the tube, the tube goes in by push the in and glue with epoxy. I was thinking that maybe using something liquid metal I believe when it dry is hard as steel use this to cover the hole and dry a new hole and use a tap. The gen tube also is skinnier. Please The Zigmeister show how is done. Bye the way that PO looks fantastic, amazing job.

There is no need to use epoxy, is a sticker and it takes skills to put on the datewheel. good luck with that

Wow, The submariner looks pretty good to me. I will buy this one in a heartbeat Is the best one out of the box and since some of us have the ability to do some mods. I do not see a problem getting this one. One thing that I would like to know is. Do this watch take a gen Insert or Dial. I hope that is available soon from our dealers, The new SD did not met me expectations. I really like it. looks like our search is near to the end of the Best sub, of course there is no better sub that a gen Rolex. Regards

My is already stripped, The Gen Part will not fit the case, you need to get a spare part from the dealer who sold you the watch. Regards
