From what I understand, Italian is Mahler's first language. I commend him for his written English, even if it is sometimes harder to read. Not like Klink at all, as he seemed to intentionally write the way he did.

A few things... if it can be delayed a little longer I may be in. I've booked a trip to Lithuania (friend's bachelor party) in a few weeks, need to pay for an operation to be done, and need to start looking for my own place! I'm committed to the 187 with ETA 7753 as I initiated it with the dealer, so I can't really pull out (or want to !) Does this come with real AR coating, real superluminova, ETA 2892/3 (can't remember which it's supposed to have) with engraved rotor, correct crown, dial, hands etc. Also, what kind of strap and buckle? Are they good quality? I'd also want to know the dealer. If it was some guy called Eric (or someone else) I may not be interested. Finally, does rose gold have any allergic problems ? I am having problems with SS watches in this heat, so am wearing exclusively titanium... I know white gold has nickel, what about rose gold?

Are you sure this is the case? I remember finepics was playing around with his watchonpo version and put in an ETA 7753, but had to modify it. Anyone know why (he seems to be busy lately) ?

Depends on price and when.... with the ETA 7753 PAM187 (amongst other things), I don't know if I'll be able to get this in the immediate future.

The Asian 7750 version's case has only a cosmetic date pusher on the case. It is purely for show. The ETA 7753 based PAM188 and PAM196 had a date pusher on the side that was activated by pressing a point (like the thing used to push out pins in a bracelet) or a pencil. This advances the date by one day. I am assuming that they will be working on getting this functional, but looking as it already does.

That PM had some dealers listed as well as where to go for mods, but we already have a dealers section (non-existent in RWG1) and a watch repair and upgrade section, with The Zigmeister's and joe's own sections there. In RWG1 it made sense to list dealers and how to contact them, over here you just go to the dealers section.

I'm hoping so too. I'm staying away from the Asian 7750 version and waiting on this one. I can't afford both! That could be $1000 or more combined!

I sent kruzer's info to them, and they said that is helpful. Today I emailed to specify the 1st watchonpo case that was out, stating that there seems to be a second and slightly different case out. Hopefully we'll get the first case. Apparently some of the parts have been bought and others havent - at the moement case, dial and strap.They'll try to send me pictures when they can but said (on Friday) it would take about 2 weeks to get it together. I've asked if they need any deposit and a rough idea of the price, so hopefully we know about that soon. I expect it will be slow until all the parts are there and put together. Maybe I should send pictures of the caseback, new and old, as well as the He valve so they know how it should be?

If you want a great rep to fool an AD (as long as they don't open it up) there's the IWC GST Chrono or possibly PAM036. A great one is also the Franck Muller Conquistador with black dial.

I'm in, but only for titanium.... have enough SS watches, and with this nickel problem, I prefer titanium watches right now! When it's winter it will be easier.

Go for the 219. What is the payment method asked? If you wanted to buy something from the US, and were saving a significant amount, use that money to take a trip out there and pick it up and save on customs/import tax and VAT. If you have relatives out there, even better (I know there is a Greek town in Queens, NY and Toronto so ask your family ).
