The last link before the clasp's half-link (attached to clasp) that closes the bracelet is just slightly smaller than the others. I guess that's the only adjustment to make. Bummer! I like to wear the bracelet loose, but without taking out that last link it's too loose, with the link out too tight. Guess you can't have it all! Thanks!

I received my Ebel BTR last week and am wondering if there is a better way to adjust the bracelet. As shipped it is a bit too big. When I take out the link closest to the clasp, it's a bit too small. Picky I know, but is there a way to make a smaller adjustment? I can't see one, but thought someone at RWG might know. Thanks!

Now I'm confused. As I usnderstand the UPO is not a chrono. Right? So there aren't dials. Just want to be sure I'm understanding.

I'm on Perfect Clones site now but the white dial version UPO reads different than the orange dial version. Think they're the same? I want a white dial version.

Thanks to all of you! I'm getting the UPO then and will add mods later. This is scary, but my wife was reading this and actually said "you should get the UPO and then get the AR later." OMG, she's into this too for me. Who's going to guard the budget?

I think I'll mod it eventually. Might be a year or so. I want to just wear it for a while. How is the AR from the dealer? I've read both good and bad about it. What do you think? Anything else to consider?

Just got a BTR and am wanting to buy the 1911 Discovery too. I like the size of the BTR. Is the Discovery the same size? I've read a few reviews that the Discovery is smaller but Joshua's site shows them the same. Thanks!

Thanks to PMs with Lanikia and Prsist I decided to make this beauty my first rep. I started this obsession wanting a Breitling Datora, but once I found this forum I was like a kid in a candy store. WAY too many choices and WAY to little cash! I really love my choice. It arrived from Joshua in only six days. I took my sweet time opening it and now it's all mine! I have to say, this forum and the people who attend are all great! I've learned so much in the past few months reading as much as I can. Lots of advice and help, freely given. I am still thinking about a Breitling Legende with white face for my second watch, or the Ebel Discovery, or Tag Grand Carrera, or..... Thoughts?

I started this watch addiction because I wanted a Breitling, then say the Ebel BTR and Lanikai's review and bought one. I've read some good stuff on the Legende and really like the look. What do you think? Joshua tells me it's a great rep too. But I sure like that Discovery! And the Legende! I think I need more cash!

Just received my new Ebel BTR last week and I'm in love! Should post pictures tomorrow. I'm thinking about ordering the 1911 Discovery now (don't tell my wife!). Does it make sense to have two Ebels when there are so many watches out there (and so little time!)? I've read a few reviews that state the Discovery is smaller than the BTR. Anyone have both and know if that's true? I like the size of the BTR so if the Discovery is smaller I'll keep looking for another. I just received my new Ebel BTR and I love it. What a quality watch! Perfect size and look for me. Now I want more and I'm looking for suggestions. I like the size (44.5mm) and the weight. I'm not big on large bezels, but a watch with a smaller bezel would be great. I also want a white face since this one is black. So, what do you think my next watch should be? I appreciate all your comments and I'll look them up on Joshua's site. I think I'm describing the Ebel Discovery, but what else should I consider? I'll post pictures this weekend. Joshua was great! Only six days from order to on my wrist! Thanks!

I just ordered my first rep, an Ebel BTR! Any suggestions on what to use to keep it clean and looking new? Also, is there anything special I should do once it arrives? I read Joshua's procedures for setting the date and time, but anything else I should know? Thanks for your help!
