  1. I agree ken...It does Indeed have that B&R vibe to It. very nice. Mike
  2. The sad part is.... most of my money is going to China for these dam reps. I was going to put this In the humor section.....but It's really not funny...and then again .http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_veRCThylI0
  3. I have never had bear but I would like to try It someday...much better than the other way around. Mike
  4. I cant tell you what to wear...but I can suggest this...dont leave home without It.
  5. I usually check my screws...bracelet...Pam CG..etc..about once a month. My diligence wasnt due resently and I lost a Pam CG screw. So just a friendly reminder guys....check those screws. Maybe I should start using some sort of Loctite...maybe 242?...any suggestions? Mike
  6. Im looking at my 45mm and It looks gold at some angles....then It looks silver at other angles. It's really hard to tell what the real color is...but i think It should be silver....but i could be wrong. Same thing when looking at gens...some look silver...some look gold Mike
  7. Moose on the loose...nice. I like venison..If made properly made with the right spices. My aunt makes a meat loaf out of vinison thats out of this world. Remember... It's always a good Idea to eat your dear. Mike

  10. How about lobster bro....got to like lobster...right? The only thing missing from that guy is a cigarette hanging from his mouth..he he he.
  11. More cowbell Indeed. When the rep bug bites...It dosent like to let go. To have a gen collection such as yours....and still be impressed with reps..will I think that says a lot about the quailty of the reps today. I was looking to purchase a gen Omega SMPO chrono...orange bezel...Thats how I happened to find reps/RWG. For the price of the PO...between $3.500-4.000...I was able to have around ten nice reps...several nice straps for my Pams...and also some decent tools....For the price of one watch...I had built up a nice little hobby around me....some great friends.....and a love for the auto/mechanical movement. It's been almost three years now...I have worn my reps on a varitey of occasions...and never had my watch(s) called into question. On the rare occasion when someone makes a remark about my watch.....I say "thanks"...or I tell them it's a rep.......That usually strarts a whole new conversation..lol. So HeartHoc..It looks to me like you're exactly where you are supposed to be.....The only prescription Is http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=q4royOLtvmQ Mike
  12. Good luck with your new PO. Although not perfect..It looks like a very good PO overall. Most of the PO rep pearls are a little to high or a little to low....I dont think I've seen the perfect one yet.....where the bottom of the pearl crest the silver inner ring of the bezel. These are very small flaws...I cant Imagine that they will be a issue. Mike
  13. Nice job my friend...nothing gives satisfaction/experence like doing It yourself...congraulations. Mike
  14. Im happy to hear that your problem was resolved....hopefully we will see more post like this.
  15. Well said R...well said Indeed. you left out my favorite part bro....T&A baby ...who's with me?
  16. I was just thinking...would It not be easier to have the tools In a secure locked box up top?. It sure does sound easier....and safer Mike
  17. Those look like Porterhouse steaks...my favorite cut...dam this thread makes me hungry
  18. I used a scotch brite(green/yellow) pad on my 250 cg....It came out better that expected. It was suggested that I use a slightly dampened pad...makes It easier to work with..... and go with the grade as best as possible. It was also suggested that I check the finish evey few swipes. I thought even the pin looked more flush when i was done....although.. that was probably just wishful drinking on my part. Mike
  19. Thanks for the update cats...please keep us up to speed as best you can Best wishes my friend. Mike
