  1. This guy has one hell of a collection, I really like and appreciate all of them. If I had to choose one It would be the Longines WWII. I usally perfer small seconds but there just something about that Longines, thanks for the pics. Mike (ps) That Benrus DD Is a very close second, maybe a tie
  2. Welcome back to the rep world I have the Pam Regatta and also the 250. I know you have the 196 but they are so close, you sir have great taste, welcome Mike
  3. I have eight reps with the A7750 movement, only two of them have been serviced. The other seven are still keeping good time and I have never had a problem with my A7750. I personaly think Its a great movement. Just listen to the Zigmeister, the man knows what of he speeks, good luck Mike
  4. BTW Deniz, how Is your SA keeping time? Mine Is keeping very good time, 3-+5 sec per day, It also has a nice power reserve of around 40 plus hours, how about yours? Mike
  5. I have the Breitling Bentley Motors T and It's very close to the SA In case size. The SA Is a bit thicker but the overall size looks to be very close. Mike
  6. That Is a beautiful SA Deniz, very good pics also. I really have been enjoying mine. The SA takes time to get used to. When I purchased my first SA(blue dial) I thought It was going to be to big, now It feels very natural on the wrist. Yes It Is a big timepiece, but the longer you have It the more comfortable It Is to wear. Thats been my experence anyway. I thought Panerais were to big at one time, now they feel kind of small. It's all relative my friend. Im ordering a brown croc from Josh so I can have the Breitling deployant. The white SA looks good on the racer rubber but It looks fantastic on a brown croc. Big, bold and very classy, enjoy your new SA Deniz Mike

How do you like your Oris Titan? I tried to send you a message but It would not go through, thanks :) Mike

  8. I have to agree with Narikaa, one of the most powerful scenes that I can remember. Two great actors at the top of there form. The script(writing) for this scene was also brillant. Great acting and great writing, dosent get much better than this Imho Mike
  9. That Teejay Is one bad mother fo and by bad I mean good, very good
  10. The Hackster, the Hackman, the man from Hacksville. You know him, you love him, Happy Birthday my man Mike
  11. Happy B day to , Happy B day to , Happy B day dear jmb, Happy b day to , Mike
  12. This Is a very nice review, thanks. The SLR series has always been one of my favorite Tags. I like the 45mm case size and Im also a big fan of MB. I have also used Tony and have been very happy thus far with his service. Sometimes his communacation Is a little off, he can take a few days to reply. But I always get what I order and he has always taken care of little problems that can happen. Btw the SDW is hardly noticeable, this Is the reason I perfer dates @6. Again thanks for the review, nice job Mike
  13. Nice Sinn, Im not a big fan of the brand but I do appreciate a well made rep. Is that gap noticable when the watch Is on your wrist? I hope you enjoy your new watch. Mike
  14. I have the Maxie 45 with the orange/black bezel and I absolutley love It. It's not perfect but very close and well made. The 23j movement keeps excellent time and has a PR of around 42 hrs. The movement Is also very nicely decorated. It has very good lume for a rep and the AR Is desent, not great but desent. The 60 click bezel, as per gen, Is one of the tightest and smoothest turning bezels In my collection, again very well done. The ss bracelet has a divers extension and Is of very good quality. I soaked mine In mineral oil over night and then buffed with a cape cloth the minor imperfections. The bracelet has turned out really nice, like butter baby. IMHO this Is one of the best reps available for under $200.00. Mike
  15. I have nine reps with the A7750 and only two of them have been serviced so far. Those two were running well when I had them serviced. The seven a7750 I have left are all keeping good time and running well for the most part. The A7750 has been a great movement for me, dependable and accurate.
  16. My guess Is that this will be replicated by the "years end" for all the reasons stated above. It not really something I would wear @42mm. I know this size works for most but Im just Into bigger watches now. That being said, beautiful watch and I hope they get It right.
  17. Wow, beautiful write up my friend. To quote the Zigmister "classic elegance never go's out of style" so very true. Your pics really do capture the simple beauty of this piece. If your main objective was to give back to this community, mission accomplished. Thank you so much for your time and effort. All aboard
  18. Maybe, just maybe It's not a trend. But I do sometimes wonder how big Is to big, 50mm, 55mm, 60mm ? 48-49mm about does It for me.
  19. Thats some funny [censored] right there. The watch snob dosent have a clue as far as Im concerned. I think Pams are way cool. But I like the Watch Snob, he funny
  20. Beautiful watch and son
