  1. I have been a big fan of Seikos for years. I have had several and not one of them have let me down. I have never had a problem with any of the surface coatings, never. The overall quailty on Seikos Is very high. I dont think you will have a problem with the Ion plating on any Seiko due to there high quailty standards and applications Mike
  2. Im not really sure If I understand your question, but I will try. My black rep dials react the same way In the sun as do my gens. I have noticed no difference In the dial color as far as the UV Is concerned. Some of my reps have less glare due to better AR but thats about It, hope this helps Mike
  3. I know the yellow Is hard to find these days. Tony @ Asian7750 said he had three left two days ago, If you are Interested. They are probably gone by now but you might want to check, couldnt hurt.
  4. You are very welcome Deniz. Did you ever get a Breitling buckle for your strap?, If so can you show a few pics, thanks. Mike
  5. Nice to see you posting again Robbie, you were not posting as much when I arrived here about a year and a half ago. Im happy that you are feeling better and thanks for those great wristies. hope we see you more often, now that your health has Improved, good luck Mike
  6. Now thats the way to rock the SA Deniz Beautiful, simply beautiful BTW that looks great on your wrist
  7. I almost purchased from Bluefakes, thanks to RWG that did not have to happen. It's true, what happened to Bluefakes could happen to one of are favorite dealers. But there are some differences. If this going to happen, well It could not have happened to a nicer group of folks. Selling replicated goods Is one thing, It's been happening for years. But to deliberately rip off your custormers, well thats something I find deplorable. I understand that Bluefakes and are dealers are In the same boat as far as selling replicated goods are concerned. Im just glad that If It had to be someone at least It was these scumbags. Thanks for posting this Jawo. BTW to answer your avatars question, "yes I would" Mike
  8. "A lot of love"Is right, beautiful collection
  9. Lets see here Mickey, you are from London, right? How about creamy onion soup or Cheshire soup. Maybe a nice bowl of Medieval Sowpys Dorry dont know about that one, lol. If not those how about a nice cup of English Grass soup. My favorite Is cream of potato with cheader cheese and leeks with a good ale, now were talking. The Hublot Is a watch that took time for me to warm up too. When I first saw It I thought It was plane looking and nothing special. But the more I looked at them the more I liked them. The whole "infussion of materials" concept was kinda cool. I picked up a quartz Big Bang. I wanted to make sure that I liked It before spending more money, those buggers are quite pricey. Nice Hublot Mickey, enjoy your soup Mike
  10. The SW Is one of my favorite reps. I too love the yellow. Im hoping to get one In the next few months, got to save some money, lol That looks really nice on the mesh, thanks for the pics Mike
  11. Very nice work, thanks for sharing Mike
  12. You are right Cheif, It would be a hoot If not true. Thats some sad [censored] right there. I would write a letter to there main orifice, yes orifice and tell them what you had to go through. There Is no excuess for this kind of Incompetence. Im happy that you got the package, good thing or you might have had to go medieval on that ass Mike
  13. Lobster bisque with a hint of nutmeg
  14. Interesting thats a materal you dont see everyday
  15. I like the mesh but the leather is also very nice, win win
  16. I got so fed up with going to the Dentest and spending those crazy prices. One day I said "fuc It" I had all of them pulled, no teeth no Dentest bills I saved the teeth and made a nice necklace, and thats the tooth Mike
  17. Then there very well may be a problem with this movement. That being said, Im happy your happy with your Sinn Mike
  18. Come on now, with all the purest and vintage timepiece lovers here, no takers?
  19. WOW a $30-40 K rep, Im sure It's beautiful, no kidding. I love some of my $300 reps so I can just Imagine what this thing Is like. I really dont need much convincing anyway. If givin a choice I usally go with the rep I do relize that this Is a replication(franken) of the highest order. One question? Mineral or saphire?
  20. Only 6.3 mil, dam now thats a steal of deal. I'll take two thank you
  21. All kidding aside. No one Is going to casually wear a 17 million dollar Timepiece, no one. It's like hanging a Van gogh orig at the neighborhood Micky D's, not going to happen. Van Gogh's and 17 million dollar watches are usally found In museums,(or wealthy collectors) not on someones wrist or wall, reguardless of relativity. As far as the rep go's, sure why not?
  22. Well I have heard It all In this thread, a seven million dollar Patek and a $17,000 rep of It. You got to be fckn kidding me. To be called out on a rep that i payed $17.000 for, fook dat
  23. Beautiful SA I have the white version and just love It. Wear It well and thanks for sharing Mike
