  1. This Is always what I was led to believe
  2. Fantastic review with beautiful pictures. Don't be offended by the lack of comments my friend. If It's not a Rolex sub/GMT...or maybe a Panerai....people are just not Interested. If this would have been a sub review we most likely would be on page 20 by now. Personally I like Oris watches. They are reasonably priced good looking divers. I have always liked this coke type bezel version. 'I'm a big fan of big chunky divers. So I like your Oris Titan very much. Thanks for taking the time to do this outstanding review. Mike
  3. After he said.."look after that watch"....you should have farted. I feel that considering your surroundings....that might have been a good send off. It also might have tested the shock resistence of his DSSD.
  4. I would suggest RWG....much better than rgw,. That might be the problem right there. Relax and wear whatever It is you feel comfortable wearing. Mike
  5. Why not start a thread about your situation. I'm sure a crew member or admin will do what they can. Good luck kokito. Mike
  6. I'm glad to see you guys get together. I've never been to a GTG....but hope to one day. Nice [censored] on that watress btw. Mike
  7. My sign In Issues seem ok now Mike
  8. Yes....some of the newer Pams are outstanding. Thats why moders and franken folks don't take Intersest In them. Nothing to do but put It on your wrist and enjoy. For some thats just not acceptable. Mike
  9. Congratulations. You really can't go wrong with either bracelet or leather strap. I like to mix it up a bit. But I must say those Pro 2 rep bracelets are really nice. I just love the pro 2 on my SW. Enjoy. MIke

  15. Well Pete....then I guess we have to agree to disagree. The meat grinder thing Is on friday nights btw.
  16. The lume Is good It's just not a torch. I don't think you will have a Issue with It. Before I went Into the neighborhood pub the other night I charged the dial. I have automatic HID headlights on my car. I stood In front of those head lights for about a min or so. The watch had a nice glow all night. It's a very well made watch Dutch. I can't Imagine you being disapointed. Let us know know your thoughts when you get your SW. Mike
  17. I give props to Ken for his healthy good fortune. But don't you think a wee bit of manscaping might be In order. Oh what the hell....enough of this manscaping [censored]. Props to you Ken for letting "It" all hang out.
  18. Now that I have had the watch for a little over three months.. I thought I would give a quick update. First of all I love my SW....one of the best reps that I have ever had. The 2836 Is keeping excellemt time. At first It was running a bit fast....maybe 20 secs. But the more I wear It the better the time keeping. I would say It's around 10-8 secs fast per 24 hrs. So I'm very happy with the movement. The only two minor Issues that I had were a loose clasp that was a $5.00 fix and a overly tight bezel. A quick shot under the bezel with some WD40 fixed that Issue. The bracelet is very gen like. I have had two gens on my wrist recently and I can not tell the difference between the feel weight or look. It has a very nice ballance on the wrist. I have already had a few complements about the watch. It seems people just love that yellow dial. The women who cuts my hair Is ording one for her husbands birthday. We had to have a little chat about reps first. My only real disapointment is with the lume. It's not bad and I can go Into dark bars or whatever and see the glow of the dial. But It's not super lume. It's decent lume but not the super lume as advertised. I don't need a torch on my wrist so I'm going to leave good alone for now. Good lume not great lume. The bezel Is not quite as smooth as the gens...but It's close and looks very good Imo. The overall watch Is really really nice. I like It so much that I just might pick up a graphite dial. For those who are still on the fence. Remember these disappeared for a long time. Just something to keep In mind. In a little over three months almost 5.500 views of this thread alone. I don't know how many of those people have purched the SW....but my guess the number Is high. A very well made rep Imho. Mike
  19. I think It's funny as hell. They will most likely make around $5.000. Split that between three or four guys. Brilliant That won't even be enough to post bail. Mike
  20. Welcome to RWG....and yes...you have found the right place. Mike
