  1. There would be many here....Including myself.... that would disagree. Im happy things have went well for you..so far....but this Is usally the exception...not the rule. Many have purchased reps that were suposed to have been preasure tested and failed while washing the dishes. Yes...even watches from Andrew who happens to be a excellent dealer . I had mine sealed last week. It's just one point of falure that has been removed. That gives me a piece of mind. I'm glad you have done well with yours. But I would strongly suggest that anyone seal the HE If you plan on going beyond the pool. Just my opinion of course. Mike Always a good idea to check out the watch....any watch. http://www.rwg.cc/topic/139189-updated-king-power-4000m-48mm-a-big-disappointment/page_hl_hublot%20diver
  2. They don't call dogs "man's best friend" for nothing Eric. Mike
  3. Sounds good my friend. I would get a few days of some good old appreciation sex before I told her....can't hurt. Mike
  4. My Asian 7750 movements have been fantastic. Very little trouble. If any ay all. If you dont mind a three hand auto the Seawolf Is a excellent choice. It also has a Swiss eta 2836. I love mine and It keeps excellent time. A very well made rep. If Chronographs are your thing you might want to take a look at the new Skyland. Very nice. Good luck. Mike
  5. Andrew Is one of are best dealers. I'm sure you will be very happy with your purchase and service. ....PS....Don't lie. Maybe wait a few days.. but tell her the truth eventually. These things have a way of bitting us on the ass hard. Good luck. Mike

    My Dad

So nice to hear that your father Is doing so much better Eric. Having him live with you sounds like a very good Idea. Just might help renew your relationship with him. I wish you both the very best Eric. As far as his cane go's....don't forget to duck. Best wishes. Mike
  7. I'm not denying or exaggerating that fact. The point I was trying to make Is that It's no one's business what we are wearing.. Regardless If It's a $20.000 Rolex or a $300.00 Panerai rep. Just put the watch on your wrist and go about one's own business. I do understand that some folks Indeed have a difficult time with this simple concept.
  8. Absolutely correct LK. The thing Is....why don't these people mind there own [censored] business? Anyone who would ask someone else If there watch.....Rolex Panerai Breitling etc..If It Is real... Is nothibg but a classless douchebag. I would personally like to tell these nosey bitches that have an exaggerated sense of their own self Importance to stick there magnificunt genuine whatever up there pompous ass. I see this guy In my mind picking his nose and asking...."Is that a real Rolex"? Answer? Go blow your nose [censored]tooth...ever here of kleenex or Puffs? aka bathroom tissue. That greenish hue on his crystal Is most likely not AR Mike
  9. Nice one. I found Sycomore to be a very pleasant fragrance.
  10. I could hang with this piece. Would make a nice beater. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7cDJLkBMdkc&feature=related
  11. Dam van...you're looking good. .
  12. My heart trully go's out to those who have been traumatized....and In some cases totally and completely devastated. Those last Images of Sandy approaching land were scary as hell. The results even more so. Best wishes to all those Involved. Terrible situation....just [censored] terrible. Mike
  13. I wouldn't bother with one of those [censored]s...you might get screwed In the end.
  14. I will have to say mechanically It Is Indeed a mastepiece. But aesthetically It's a [censored] mess.
  15. "Sometimes "these" storms" Not "this" storm. For example... Irene.
  16. Very nice...thanks for the laugh.
  17. Sometimes these storms/hurricanes lose there momentum or turn back Into the sea and lose steam. Indeed that would be the best case scenario. But sometimes they gain strength and leave total devastation behind. Peoples homes/businness and communities as they once new them are gone forever. To that you add the thousands If not millions of lives that might never be the same again. This Sandy is a real nasty [censored] not to be taken lightly....and this thing Is massive. We are about four hours from the NC coast....so I don't think we will get much damage. Some uprooted trees, minor flooding and power loss Is possible. I just don't have a good feeling about this one guys. I can only hope that I am wrong. To all those In harms way....be prepared. Caned goods, water, batteries candles etc. Items for emergencies In general. Sandy Is no joke. Stay safe my friends. Mike
