No... you are not foolish whoever. As a matter a fact you have taken a very healthy stance on the matter. You could start blaming the selller or postal service or the gods up above. But Instead you seem to understand that [censored] can happen and will happen from time to time.
My guess is that the watch will eventually turn up. PM me If you would like.

I agree...some nice work on the back of that guys head. Would most likely freak the [censored] out of me If I saw him In some bar or something. I wouldn't know what side of his head to talk too.
I just don't get It. It should be very easy for the factories to make a proper PR for there Big Pilots. There such awesome looking watches...love them.
Why not stick a 21 or 23j In there. The 25j don't seem to have a working PR for the BP. The PR worked very well In my UN Maxie with the 23j. But a faux PR would not be something I would be Interested In. Whats the point In a simple complication that dosen't work?

I'm not a hard core audiophile...but I do apperciate my music and the way It sounds. I have some big ass Pioneer speakers...about four feet tall from the late 80's. I'm sure they can't compare to many of the sound systems out there today. But this set up has brought the popo to my house more than once. They also make the windows rattle. I like that In my stereo/speaker set up.
Just got through listting to one of my favorite Gershwin pieces. I must admit....this older stereo/speaker system still kicks ass.
Thanks for the reminder Nanuq. Some of the older stuff Is still bad ass. Actually It's music to my ears.
Pianist.. Maxim Eshkenazy performance leaves me speechless. Enjoy.
Indeed they are....and there now available again. Just In case you didn't know.
Might want to take a look at the Hungry like wolf thread. More current Information on the new Wolf.

You're one of the first people I met here B. You are a generous and very classy gentleman. If you wan't to go back to RG that's your business. But personally I wouldn't bother. They don't deserve your company. The place Is oversaturated with moderators/owners etc. If you fart In the wrong direction.....or even In the right direction... they get a attitude. I guess I can see there point when I have resently been to the all you can eat Mexican buffet.
It seems like they Imply one thing then change there minds as they go along. Not very professional like Imo. I feel there's a lot of two faced people running around that place.
[censored]....here comes one of the mods now.
Welcome Chip to RWG from another Carolinian....Charlotte. . Sounds to me like you have found a home. Some fantastic people here that have knowledge and expertice that is beyond reproach. The genuine forum members lurk here so as to learn about the many aspects In and of the world of horology. But they won't admit It.
Nice to have you here Chip.....have fun.
Mike
Probably not really what you're Interested in whoever. But I love these Glycine's.....especially vintage. The one In the middle was used by many war pilots fro the 50's and 60's. Beautiful watches.
