I would not worry about the fat cross on the new 42mm Overseas. While I did purchase the first dial to do a cross swap before I received the new version, now that I have it in the hand, the fat cross is so small anyway, I can barely tell as it is, much less while its on the wrist. Good luck!

I don't think it would be worth the risk. When wearing sunglasses your pupils will dilate letting in more light. If the lens are not UV protective, you will be majorly cooking your retinas. Spend the money or wear what you already have. Sorry for the bad news..

We're doing our best to make the replacement valves the size of the genuine valves. While I'm not aware of the measurements of the existing rep valves, I imagine any existing valve could either be removed or drilled out. Hope this helps!

Okay, obviously I'm going to ignore the single red 1665 sea-dweller here as it's so rare there's no hope of ever pulling it off as a gen anyway. Also, I agree, it's impossible to discuss what could be installed on the various models today as any model could have any dial or crystal replaced. So, let's limit the discussion to original crystals. DRSD productions came with a superdome crystal while the white letter 1665 should have come with the flat crystal? Is that correct? Thank you for your help.. this has always confused me but I feel I am soooo close to understanding
