It should be ok that the internal bezel is plastic as long as the ring that turns the bezel is metal (which it is). On the BR -02 models, the internal bezel ring that roated the inner bezel and gears were plastic which lead to breakage.

ive heard that the bracelet is good for people with larger wrists -
started off this morning with the 3706, then the mailman came with my BR126. This is that quartz rep with plexi crystal. no running subseconds, sub @ 3 is a 24 hour time based off the actual time and sub @ 9 is a 60 min chrono counter. The PVD is matte and the leather strap is soft and smells like leather!
