Greetings miano! Welcome to the best and most friendly horological forum on the web!
Here you will find all the watch related info you can ever think of.. And if you have problems finding it - don't be afraid to ask..
Another "view new post addict" signing in! And boy am I glad to behave that way.. Because I have gotten so much project inspiration and seen some beautiful watches from brands I'd never even consider looking at when I first got here.. That little function is a real "perspective changer"!
Good question about what justifies the Phong and Yuki prices compared to the standard dealer offerings. I guess it's the uniqueness and maybe quality? in their pieces and parts.
There are cheaper options to get a Snowflake - dial and hands from Yuki and a good 5513 case from one our standard dealers if you can live with the incorrect case back (no Tudor engravings) - but then of course you are entering the construction zone..
Phong is offering the 9401 and 9411 as well (more accurate case build with a less wooky rehaut than the Yuki one IMO), but those are your only current options if you want one out of the box. Oh, and they are rep despite the high price..
Great move bro! Being naive doesn't entitle people to take your money and run..
Too bad you never received the watch though.. Would love to see a rep of it!
Ouch! Cat 5 @ 300 kmph.. It looks like it will get real nasty very soon.. Keeping all my fingers and toes crossed for all concerned Aussies and hope for the mildest impact possible from this monster!
