Hi! We all know that changing the tube and crown is a must to do. I have a couple of questions wich i´d like to know, so thanks in advance and hope this post helps another member. In a post of this repair section a member asked if he would replace the crown, Tribal comes in and says this: After reading this, I wonder that a drilling machine should be used. Then what is the good size to start with? Can we start directly with a drill of 2.8mm? After drilling the tubehole, Do I have to use a Rolex tap for 6.0MM Tubes like the pictured below? How do I use it? After retapping, then comes the new tube placement, How does this thing works? What if I have an old style case with a 5.3 mm tube installed and I am planning to put a 6mm tube? Is the hole of this case too little to perform these operations or its just fine? Thanks a lot and Regards, Manuel

Thanks for the information, Now I think that swiss customs agents may have very well trained eyes. Or maybe is because reps come in a bag of plastic, instead of a wood case. What kind of problems would somebody have with the watch industry? are you talking about suing you? I see that Swiss take this business very seriously. regards

I´d like to see the 10 pages letter from customs, I´ve never seen a customs report yet and the pictures added to the report makes me more curious ever. It´s not about I doubt about your word because i know that this things happen, but never received a letter like you or other members have. Can you post pictures of that report? You may probably know this, but North Corea was the most good counterfeiter. (don´t know the current best by now) They produced somewhat called the super-dollar wich was introduced to several banks. TO date US Treasure Dept can´t determine how much of his currency is being counterfeited. I would like to buy superdollars as well.

i´ve been told about George too, a Germany based dealer. Very nice watches, but expensive indeed. Also he carries the tw ap jumbo, the one which was out of stock.... He carried out a very agressive advertising, using google adwords, you entered rolex and it showed.
