Original MBW case, modded the bezel to accept gen insert. Gen dial, crown, tube, spring bars. Gen ETA slow beat movement, gen T-39 crystal, Ubi open 6&9 date wheel, Gen Tudor sub hands. Serviced the movement when it was built many many years ago. Still running within +/- 6-10 secs a day. Don't feel like opening the back to adjust.

Are you sure you have the correct stem for that movement? Subtle differences make a big difference. Also, Are you sure the silver key-less plate hasn't been compromised or bent?
