  1. WElcome to the most expensive place in my life
  2. I agree with a greater proportion of the posts here. Just avoid crass overpriced and average quality brand/designer names. Get a good tailor and suppliment with a pair or two of good quality benchmade shoes.
  3. Hi All I am looking to buy a new laptop since mine is dying but the model I want is only available in the US. Is anyone coming over in the next month or so that would be willing to bring it over for me? Thanks in advance
  4. Good to see you back on bud, certainly a bit concerned for a bit there but nice to know you are on the mend.
  5. Just a guess but might well be a summer fragrance going by the colours. I assume there are no markings on the bottom of the bottle?
  6. Being a Brit, I have less idea than an Aussie as to what this is all about . I hope however you stay the distance and get your desired end result
  7. Impressed nearly as much by the diversity as the quality. My summer favorites are currently these Stemar fully puched step in/slip ons Very punched indeed
  8. This style tends to be quite prevelent in the UK. Keep tabs on Ebay or online stores like Next Shirt 1 Shirt 2 Also look for Ben Shermans, the shorter body/longer sleeve appears often there
  9. Here you go guys Mesh Bracelets from HK - This one has the 1.2mm wire, nice and chunky @Antstar - 7.5 wristies
  10. TeeJay - Man, nothing worse than a messy CD cover, choccy smoothies
  11. Hi All got a nice mesh from a co in ebayland. Looks lush and you like. Wrist show with a gnu.... sorry, I am mildly dislexic innit
  12. OKay, more pragmatic approach perhaps. Some people have very flat wrists, some have rounder style. The shape of the watch case/lugs will play a large part in this, ie Breit SO Heritage is a big watch but the shape moulds to the wrist. a uboat not so much and a Panerai Big E , fagetaboutit. Bottom line, it is as much about balls as wrist size, if you like it then kuss mein arsche to the rest
  13. @BluePrince Totally agree, winter is coming, time for me to arrange a little trip to the factory shops in order to keep my feet happy, warm and stylish for the onset of the Great British winter. Particularly fond of Crockett and JOnes of late the dainite sole range are perfect and fit sooo nice (I live in Yorkshire these days so nice to do the landed gentry guv'na)
  14. Interesting twist on the trad style, a bit biker, bit rancher and a punched toe. Odd but sort of appealing. The only bit which I have issue with would be the slit tops, not really my thing. Quite a radical option for a sneaker wearing youth but it would work well with a goo cross section of you ensemble. Guess it depends on how you care for them as well. Quite an indie style
  15. I always try to keep it simple, white metal and a little sparkle. Depends on the occasion, for day to day plain metals on a wedding a bit more glitz and if its a Divorce party wear the full Freeman
  16. Got to agree, foot fetish is a worry. Now a boot fetish, now we are talking.. FMBs anyone
  17. Omni - Might consider the custom route, if I am to have one pair then it had best be good. Prof - Which country you in? Jeans and boots are still acceptable long as you aint wearin a drovers hat.
  18. Would prefer to select my own toe shapre and heel style and height. As an alternative I am consdiering a pair of mock croc boots from a small vendor having made a range for their own offering. Herring Shoes - Jagger
  19. Hi Frank I would suggest a good Dunhill Rollagas - Utter quality for about
  20. omni - Well, if you lots can find me a good price on a pair of black python boots I would be interested to add them to the collection TJ - Your spose to have a foot fetish, not a shoe fetish
  21. Hi All Since it seems there are a pretty good number of tasteful types on here with a large serving of sartorial awareness, I thought we might exchange a little chit chat regarding one of the true marks of a gentleman. Just to get the ball rolling here is a little highlights list of my favorites currently in my rack Crockett and Jones - Pembroke in Brown Grain - My utter favorites, had then a couple of years and after one afternoon of wearing them they were as if I had been wearing them for years. A beautiful leather and very practical with the dainite soles Pics to follow Church - Custom made since I an not a great fan of leather soles on ankle boots, I had these made up with the dainite soles, superb, and look great with either jeans or a suit (casual only of course) Barker - Several Pairs but my favorites are a pair of whole cut oxblood with punched toe. With alternating oxblood and black polish they has taken a beautiful patina Alfred Sergeant - One pair of honey beige whole cuts, look sensation with a linen/silk mix suit. Steymar - One pair but my favorite summer shoe, I am no great fan of sandal as a rule but these with the punched leather are wonderful in the summer month and with a brown croc print look smooth as you like suit or jeans. Utility Boots - Adidas GSG9 High leg, in case I ever need to inverse rappel down a building at night. Harder than nail and also keep my tootsies warm and dry. Slipper - Yes, I do in the colder month which can be many in the UK. Church Hermes in Burgundy So, how about it people.... what do you have that stop your legs from fraying?
  22. @DocB - Or everyone else's version of Guinness
  23. Hi all Such basic manners are often forgotten in our performance related world. I personally champion these simple values as taught to me by my Grandmother. PLease and Thank You cost nothing but bring good association and such in spades full. To those who are incapable of using these simple social protocols when asking for or being offered my aid I say "Go Fook yourselves"
  24. Someone mention condoms, I go for custom every time
