  1. Because every dealer can get every watch. It doesn't matter where they bought it. As the old Forum saying goes "Choose your dealer, then choose your rep!" What this means is choose a good, solid seller and build a relationship with them over time as you make your purchases. They can all get any watch.
  2. So you mean to have the watch's timing adjusted to "perfection" by a technician. Fair enough .. now, once the back is off the replica watch, any jeweler could plainly see that it's powered by an ETA (Swiss or clone) movement .. so to answer your question YES it will be noticed. My advice to you is to wear the watch for two months until the movement settles. Only then can you know it's true accuracy, and if it requires adjustment. Once you've done this, send the watch by post to the nearest forum-trusted technician.
  3. Do you mean have the band adjusted to your wrist, or the movement adjusted to make it more accurate? Rolex bracelets are adjusted by simple screws. Even the newest user could do this with a correct-sized screwdriver.
  4. Go to the PureTime page for this watch, then scroll to the bottom .. there's a video of the watch from all angles. http://puretime-asia.com/product/pam382-n-bronzo-zf-11-best-edition-on-brown-distressed-calfskin-strap-p9000/
  5. I'm waiting for mine too; this is one of the QC pics. Angus' extensive close-up video shows a flat polished CP tho ....
  6. Oooh a Marlin-built PAM on gen JV strap ... drooool ... enjoy it! I have a 309 project I'm thinking about approaching Marlin with; I sourced a Minerva movement from a watchmaker in Scotland ...
  7. That's one of the QC photos, so I'll tell you next week! I have a Fiddy already so I am used to great big PAMs.
  8. This is the new release from the Z Factory. My watch is from Torobravo.
  9. This is the first rep I've bought in 2 years. I really could not resist.
  10. No B&R replica comes with factory super lume. Altho the dealers will not take your money and send you nothing, some of them are never to be 100% trusted when it comes to descriptions. They can be misleading, and it is up to you to research the reps before you buy them. Don't take the web sites at face value, they are full of "little white lies" as they say.
  11. Eli - the trusted dealers warranty their watches, somewhat. You were well within your rights to have it replaced. Now that you've taken if apart, your best bet is to have the closest trusted watch technician service it. Also, Swiss vs Chinese is not always obvious. Can you supply a close up photo? If you received a clone and paid for Swiss you have a serious matter to complain about.
  12. Remember, the Smart is a European (Mercedes) car, not an Asian design.
  13. It's not rattling. It's winding itself, like it should.
  14. Vaccum is the best Trusted modder in the north america right now. His backlog can be 4 months long, tho so please expect to wait a very long time.
  15. Funny that this huge thread was started by one of the most notorious cross-forum scammers from Mexico
  16. Rep Bronzo case vs Gen case, side by side http://www.rwgforum.net/topic/168636-z-factory-pam382-cusn8-case-vs-gen-comparison/
  17. THE VIDEO TOUR IS UP I'm guessing you have never looked at the pictures, or know what color brass and bronze are.
  18. He's honest about his abilities. He does PAM sandwich dials and hands only because that's what he can do. There are modders out there who do shit work and never admit it, and happily take your money. So grasp the reality of the situation.
  19. Puretime has had pictures of the final watch for several days.
  20. The list of our main trusted dealers is always on the front page of this forum
  21. As long as the seizures are completely harmless ... meaningless, really .. then it doesn't matter.
  22. The only Canadian modder retired last year. You can send repair work and low-level lume work to The Katt in MN .. I assure you that the CDN/USA Customs crossing is safe. I always included a note explaining that the watch was on it's way to a watchsmith, and was not being sold. send him a note at GKLONER (at) gmail (dot) com
