  1. Probably just my pics, but the min and center seconds on mine were bent at the tips (to eliminate parallax errors). I love the 3717... One of my favorite watches for certain...
  2. Hi Romel- If you have the fast beat A7750 (28800bph), then a Swiss ETA swap will likely require that the subsidiary hands need to be reduced at the tubes, and the stopwatch center seconds hand will need to be broached. If you have an older slow beat (21600bph), the hands may be a direct fit. Difficult to say until you've got it stripped down and can measure the pinions. Dial and physical fit of the movement should be painless otherwise. Hope this helps...
  3. 9411 for me as well... Stephane- VERY nice!
  4. Somehow I think it might be something more like this?
  5. I don't have mine anymore, but man, those are some great watches! Maybe not the most accurate, but the overall quality and feel to them are probably some of the best I've ever experienced with a rep! Plus, they just wear great on the wrist. Nice presence, but very sleek and low profile. Very comfortable... The original gen 3700 used the 28-255 C movement. I believe that was a JLC 920 movement base.
  6. Should be okay if it gets wet... Just don't turn the air conditioner on!
  7. Nothing says Russian baller like a nice, pricey time piece on the wrist... But only if they're also rollin' in this $1.5M SUV with genuine whale penis interior: Big Pimpin'
  8. Vly- Thanks, buddy. I was rather surprised to find out that I like it as well! The Portu is a pretty dressy watch, but the TWB ribbed for her pleasure adds a nice sporty feel to the watch while still maintaining some elegance So far, it's my preferred for the cheapie straps! Hike- I'm Denver Metro, so a ways out from the Gorge. None the less, let me know when you're out! Indeed... Our saying here is if you don't like the weather, just wait 5 minutes Mother nature changes her mind more than my sister in law- And that's saying a lot!
  9. The RB26DETT R34 is indeed formidable, but preferrably without the Veilside kit
  10. Those were taken earlier today; we've got quite a lot more since then (14" where I am), and they're forecasting double that by tomorrow. The crazy thing is it's supposed to be back into the 60's by Sun/Mon...
  11. The dial and hands will fit both just fine, as they share the same positions for the dial feet as well as the same size pinions for the hands (90/150/25). The movements differ in height as mentioned by slickdick (2824-2: 4.6mm tall, 2836-2: 5.05mm tall); what this means is that the stem will not line up center in the tube, and will cause tension when trying to wind or adjust the date and time using the crown. The end result will be many a snapped stem.
  12. A couple of pics for kruzer and Lani And took a few moments to snap a pic or two of this one...
  13. Or maybe we all need to book a flight to HI...
  14. I've got quite a few projects slated and queued up Let's see where this goes...
  15. FYI- the 28800bph A7750 that I sent you has different size pins for the subdials and center stopwatch seconds than the Swiss 7750. You'd be better off procuring a rep set from one of our dealers...
  16. Brown and blue are both nice! Making a few mental notes to myself on these... May need to scoop one up at some point!
  17. That guy's been trying to offload that stuff for a couple of months now... That 7021/9411 dial is pretty tired
  18. Not even going to try to think about this one...
  19. ROFL! I was just telling Zig earlier today that I still have the 19's on the car... Ain't no way I'll be driving it If we do have anywhere we need to go tomorrow, Jessica's got her Audi! Good thing kruzer rescheduled his visit!
  20. 8" - 12" of snow in the forecast for those of us here in the Mile High City; may just be working from home with this on my left wrist... And this one on the right...
