Have a look around the diameter of the bezel. If there is a section that is notched for a blade to fit, I'd start there. Since it's a rep, I wouldn't count on that being the case, however. So, instead, it's probably a matter of picking a spot and having a go at it. Maybe between the lugs, since there probaby isn't much case surface there to scuff. You can also apply a piece of masking tape to the case to prevent scratches...
My guess, based on the appearance of the insert's font, surface finish, and color is that he is using the original MBW insert with the luminous dot replaced.
I'll have to take a look... I know a 190x will work. I also believe an 18xx will work as well. I just sold one of my movements and one of my datewheels, so I am down to one now...
